【摘要】：針對(duì)醫(yī)療信息系統(tǒng)中存在的醫(yī)療信息記錄存儲(chǔ)的安全和隱私保護(hù)問(wèn)題,結(jié)合區(qū)塊鏈和云存儲(chǔ)技術(shù),提出了一個(gè)醫(yī)療記錄安全存儲(chǔ)方案.該方案利用區(qū)塊鏈來(lái)保存醫(yī)療記錄的公共信息、匿名身份和訪問(wèn)權(quán)限,使醫(yī)療記錄的真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)加密保存在鏈下存儲(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)中,有效實(shí)現(xiàn)了病人對(duì)個(gè)人醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)的所有權(quán)和訪問(wèn)權(quán)限的控制以及對(duì)敏感醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)的安全存儲(chǔ).
[Abstract]:Aiming at the security and privacy protection problems of medical information record storage in medical information system, a safe storage scheme of medical information record is proposed by combining block chain and cloud storage technology. In this scheme, the block chain is used to save public information, anonymous identity and access rights of medical records, so that the real data of medical records are encrypted and stored in the off-chain storage structure. It effectively realizes the control of patient's ownership and access to personal medical data and the safe storage of sensitive medical data.
