【摘要】：隨著信息科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,全球各個(gè)行業(yè)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的信息化正在不斷興起。本研究在分析了信息科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展情況和海南省林木種苗生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了林木種苗信息化對(duì)于海南的重要性,對(duì)海南省種苗信息化從多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的需求分析,并建立了基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的海南省林木種苗信息系統(tǒng),一定程度上實(shí)現(xiàn)了海南省種苗管理的科學(xué)化、現(xiàn)代化和信息化,提高了海南省種苗信息化的程度。主要完成的工作如下:(1)“開發(fā)出了能提高信息系統(tǒng)效率和發(fā)揮真實(shí)作用的林木種苗信息化技術(shù)”。本文分析了目前林木種苗開發(fā)常用的技術(shù)體系,從系統(tǒng)總體技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)交換技術(shù)、應(yīng)用層(業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng))的技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)管理子系統(tǒng)技術(shù)等方面進(jìn)行了論述,總結(jié)出一套符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和適應(yīng)海南省實(shí)際情況的技術(shù)手段。(2)在林木種苗信息化系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程中,從應(yīng)用的角度出發(fā),分析了各方面的具體需求。本文根據(jù)海南省目前林木種苗產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,從實(shí)際情況出發(fā),深入分析了海南省林木種苗信息化在各個(gè)方面的需求:包括項(xiàng)目用戶、業(yè)務(wù)、功能模塊、主要業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)信息量等7個(gè)方面,全面闡釋了海南省建立林木種苗信息化平臺(tái)的迫切現(xiàn)狀和各個(gè)方面的功能需求,為海南省林木種苗管理信息系統(tǒng)的成功開發(fā)和應(yīng)用打下了基礎(chǔ)。(3)開發(fā)出的林木種苗系統(tǒng)具備操作簡(jiǎn)單、結(jié)構(gòu)合理和科學(xué)高效的基本特點(diǎn)。本文在前期調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)出了一套符合海南省林木種苗發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的信息系統(tǒng),建立一個(gè)集種苗生產(chǎn)和管理、綜合查詢、許可證申辦、信息發(fā)布等功能于一體的海南省種苗管理信息系統(tǒng),加強(qiáng)了各個(gè)級(jí)別間的聯(lián)系,提高了工作效率,為制定合理的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃和管理部門的決策提供可靠的依據(jù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了管理的科學(xué)化。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information science and technology, information technology is rising in all fields of the world. Based on the analysis of the development of information science and technology and the present situation of forest tree seedling production and management in Hainan Province, the importance of forest seedling information to Hainan is put forward in this study. This paper makes a systematic demand analysis on the information of seed and seedling in Hainan Province from many aspects, and establishes the information system of planting and seedling of Hainan Province based on the Internet. To some extent, it realizes the scientific, modern and information management of seedlings in Hainan Province. Improved the degree of information of Hainan Province seed and seedling. The main works are as follows: (1) the information technology of tree seedling which can improve the efficiency of information system and play a real role has been developed. In this paper, the technical system commonly used in forest seedling development is analyzed, including system general technology, data exchange technology, application layer (business system) technology, data management subsystem technology and so on. This paper summarizes a set of technical means which accord with the standard and adapt to the actual situation of Hainan Province. (2) in the course of the development of the information system of tree seed and seedling, the specific needs of all aspects are analyzed from the point of view of application. According to the present situation of the forest seedling industry development in Hainan province, this paper analyzes the requirements of Hainan tree seedling information system in various aspects, including project users, business and function modules. From seven aspects such as the data and information quantity of the main business system, the paper comprehensively explains the urgent status quo and the functional requirements of all aspects of establishing the information platform of tree seed and seedling in Hainan Province. It has laid a foundation for the successful development and application of the management information system of tree seedling in Hainan Province. (3) the developed tree seedling system has the basic characteristics of simple operation reasonable structure and scientific and efficient. On the basis of previous investigation, this paper has developed a set of information systems that accord with the present situation of tree seedling development in Hainan Province, and set up a set of seed and seedling production and management, comprehensive inquiry, application for licenses, The Hainan Seedling Management Information system, which has the functions of information release and other functions, has strengthened the connection among various levels, improved the working efficiency, and provided a reliable basis for formulating reasonable production and operation plans and for the decision-making of the management departments. Scientific management is realized.
