【摘要】：在房地產(chǎn)權(quán)屬登記部門的運(yùn)營中,對檔案信息資料的管理是至關(guān)重要的。為了更方便、高效地管理客戶信息和土地及房產(chǎn)信息,避免以前檔案信息誤差率高,客戶資源可復(fù)用性低、檔案信息共享性差、土地及房產(chǎn)信息更新滯后性的狀況,為房地產(chǎn)權(quán)屬登記部門提供統(tǒng)一實(shí)時(shí)的相關(guān)電子檔案信息訪問服務(wù),設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了本套房地產(chǎn)檔案管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)基于瀏覽器/服務(wù)器(Browser/Server)架構(gòu),采用以Java為基礎(chǔ)的Web應(yīng)用開發(fā)模式,采用SSH(Spring、Struts和Hibernate)統(tǒng)一集成框架,采用MVC開發(fā)模式的理念進(jìn)行開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)前端交互界面采用DIV和CSS的頁面布局,系統(tǒng)連接使用SQL SERVER 2014數(shù)據(jù)庫。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了檔案查詢、電子檔案管理、利用管理、報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì)和個(gè)人辦公五個(gè)模塊。檔案查詢旨在根據(jù)當(dāng)前權(quán)限關(guān)系對系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的信息進(jìn)行查詢、管理及其他操作;電子檔案管理旨在對系統(tǒng)內(nèi)所有電子檔案的申請和審閱進(jìn)行管理;利用管理模塊旨對系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的利用記錄和其他相關(guān)記錄進(jìn)行管理;報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì)模塊旨在對相關(guān)房地產(chǎn)檔案的登記信息和憑證信息進(jìn)行報(bào)表管理;個(gè)人辦公模塊旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)用戶的特殊性以及對用戶權(quán)限進(jìn)行劃分。本系統(tǒng)目前已試運(yùn)行,很好地對房地產(chǎn)權(quán)屬登記部門的檔案及利用信息進(jìn)行科學(xué)管理,有效地提高了各類房地產(chǎn)檔案資料的利用率,有助于推進(jìn)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)的飛速成長和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the operation of real estate property registration department, the management of archival information is very important. In order to more conveniently and efficiently manage customer information and land and real estate information, avoid the situation of high error rate of archival information, low reusability of customer resources, poor sharing of archival information, and lag in updating land and real estate information. This system is designed, developed and implemented for the real estate property registration department to provide unified real-time related electronic archives information access service. This system is based on browser / Server (Browser/Server) architecture, adopts Web application development mode based on Java, adopts SSH (Spring,Struts and Hibernate) unified integration framework, and adopts the concept of MVC development mode to develop and design. The front-end interface of the system adopts the page layout of DIV and CSS, and the SQL SERVER 2014 database is used to connect the system. The system realizes five modules: file inquiry, electronic file management, utilization management, report statistics and personal office. The purpose of file inquiry is to query, manage and operate the information in the system according to the current authority relationship, and the electronic file management is to manage the application and review of all electronic files in the system. The management module aims to manage the utilization records and other related records in the system, and the report statistics module aims to manage the registration information and voucher information of the relevant real estate files. The personal office module aims to realize the particularity of the system users and to divide the user rights. At present, the system has been put into trial operation, which can manage the archives and use information of real estate property registration department scientifically, effectively improve the utilization ratio of all kinds of real estate archives, and help to promote the rapid growth and development of real estate business.
