【摘要】：伴隨著租賃市場的逐步繁榮,企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營管理方式愈發(fā)不能滿足市場對企業(yè)運營能力的要求。企業(yè)經(jīng)營往往涉及到內(nèi)部多部門協(xié)作,如果采用線下審批的方式極大地降低了企業(yè)效率。面對這樣的情況,搭建供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng),不僅企業(yè)的運營效率得到了提高,而且精確地記錄了企業(yè)的運營數(shù)據(jù)。通過參考供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)對數(shù)據(jù)分析的結(jié)果,企業(yè)管理者能夠做出更正確的企業(yè)決策。以往企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的會采用購買外部系統(tǒng)進行二次開發(fā)的開發(fā)方式,但是由于租賃服務(wù)的特殊性以及開發(fā)周期的問題,企業(yè)決定獨立開發(fā)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)。市面上的租賃公司往往設(shè)備管理混亂,且有問題時同客戶溝通不及時,用戶滿意度不高。該供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)通過對接資產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)與商城系統(tǒng),使用戶能夠方便查看自己的租賃設(shè)備的相關(guān)信息。供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)包括基礎(chǔ)設(shè)置、商品管理、庫存管理、運營管理、售后處理、采購管理等幾部分。在整個系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建過程中,筆者在調(diào)研公司主體業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上,完成了對采購管理,運營管理,售后處理三個模塊的需求調(diào)研工作,之后獨立完成訂單管理、售后處理模塊的界面設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計、功能設(shè)計與開發(fā)工作,并參與了采購管理模塊的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計與開發(fā)工作。運營管理與售后處理模塊是對接商城系統(tǒng)的重要模塊,運營管理模塊實現(xiàn)了訂單管理、配貨發(fā)貨、發(fā)貨查詢、訂單續(xù)租等業(yè)務(wù),完成了對商城訂單從接單到發(fā)貨的全流程管理。售后處理模塊包括了商品的回收時從登記到完工的操作流程,同時實現(xiàn)了對商品所產(chǎn)生的費用的處理以及對換貨、商品補發(fā)功能的支持。采購管理模塊實現(xiàn)了商品從申請采購,經(jīng)過檢測最后付款的全部工作。在測試階段,筆者與公司測試人員一同完成對系統(tǒng)的驗證,并對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行修復(fù)。目前,供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)投入使用,并根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求持續(xù)增添功能以及完成現(xiàn)有功能的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:With the prosperity of the leasing market, the traditional management methods can not meet the requirements of the market. Enterprise management often involves internal multi-department cooperation, if the offline approval method greatly reduces the efficiency of the enterprise. Faced with this situation, building supply chain system not only improves the operational efficiency of enterprises, but also accurately records the operation data of enterprises. By referring to the results of data analysis in the supply chain system, managers can make more correct decisions. In the past, the enterprise supply chain system would be developed by purchasing external system for secondary development. However, due to the particularity of lease service and the development cycle, the enterprise decided to develop the supply chain system independently. Leasing companies in the market often have confused equipment management, and when there are problems with customers communication is not timely, customer satisfaction is not high. The supply chain system connects the asset system with the mall system, so that users can easily view the relevant information of their own rental equipment. Supply chain system includes basic setup, commodity management, inventory management, operation management, post-sale processing, purchasing management and so on. In the process of constructing the whole system, on the basis of the main business of the research company, the author has completed the research work of the three modules of purchasing management, operation management and after-sale processing, and then completed the order management independently. The interface design, database design, function design and development of the post sale processing module are also involved in the database design and development of the purchasing management module. The operation management and after-sale processing module is an important module of the docking mall system. The operation management module realizes the business of order management, distribution delivery, delivery query, order renewal and so on, and completes the management of the whole process from receiving orders to shipping orders. The after-sale processing module includes the operation flow from registration to completion of the product recovery, and also realizes the processing of the cost incurred by the commodity and the support of the function of exchanging goods and redistributing the goods. The purchasing management module realizes all the work of goods purchase from application and final payment after testing. In the testing stage, the author and the company testers complete the verification of the system and fix the problems found. At present, the supply chain system has been put into use, and continues to add functions according to business requirements and to complete the optimization of existing functions.
