【摘要】：隨著分子群體遺傳學(xué)的快速發(fā)展和SSR標(biāo)記的廣泛應(yīng)用,一些分子群體遺傳學(xué)分析軟件相繼問世。但是不同軟件的SSR數(shù)據(jù)輸入文件格式并不一致,人工轉(zhuǎn)換費(fèi)時費(fèi)力,且易出錯。因此,本研究利用Python高級計(jì)算機(jī)語言開發(fā)了SSR分子標(biāo)記數(shù)據(jù)格式轉(zhuǎn)換軟件Data Formater。該軟件具有友好的圖形用戶界面,能高效準(zhǔn)確的把SSR原始數(shù)據(jù)快速轉(zhuǎn)換為Popgene、Ntsys、Power Marker、Structure、Tassel、SPAGe Di等常用分子群體遺傳學(xué)分析軟件的輸入文件,同時還具過濾稀有等位、過濾無多態(tài)位點(diǎn)、用戶數(shù)據(jù)校驗(yàn)等功能。與人工轉(zhuǎn)換相比,Data Formater可大大提高轉(zhuǎn)換的效率和準(zhǔn)確性。因此,Data Formater將是分子群體遺傳學(xué)研究中不可或缺的工具軟件。現(xiàn)在用戶可以通過Data Formater軟件的主頁進(jìn)行下載,網(wǎng)址為:www.ycsjk.com.cn/dataformater/home/,或通過電子郵件renmin@caas.cn索取該軟件。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of molecular population genetics and the wide application of SSR markers, some software of molecular population genetics analysis have been developed. However, the SSR data input file format of different software is not consistent, and manual conversion is time-consuming and error-prone. Therefore, the SSR molecular marker data format conversion software Data Formater. is developed by using Python advanced computer language. The software has a friendly graphical user interface, can efficiently and accurately convert SSR raw data into input files of common molecular genetic analysis software such as Popgene,Ntsys,Power Marker,Structure,Tassel,SPAGe Di, and also has the ability to filter rare alleles. Filtering without polymorphic sites, user data validation and other functions. Compared with manual conversion, Data Formater can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the conversion. Therefore, Data Formater will be an indispensable tool in the study of molecular population genetics.
