基于SOA模式的人力資源管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:人力資源管理的目的就是要實(shí)現(xiàn)最大程度利用公司人才資源,將其工作崗位和個(gè)人能力的匹配實(shí)現(xiàn)最優(yōu)化,并且利用各項(xiàng)激勵(lì)機(jī)制和考核機(jī)制為人才提供廣闊的舞臺(tái)。建立將各個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行整合的人力資源管理系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)無(wú)紙化辦公,降低企業(yè)的運(yùn)行成本,并且采用自動(dòng)化和科學(xué)化的計(jì)算和分析方法,提高企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,以適應(yīng)越來(lái)越激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。本論文主要是結(jié)合成都市某公司的人力資源管理工作,在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的人力資源管理系統(tǒng)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)人力資源管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析和設(shè)計(jì),為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造更多的價(jià)值,并且通過(guò)SOA技術(shù)將該公司其他的系統(tǒng)與人力資源管理系統(tǒng)相連接,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的共享。本論文設(shè)計(jì)的成都市某公司人力資源管理系統(tǒng)是基于SOA系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)與企業(yè)現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)共享,并對(duì)未來(lái)可能會(huì)開(kāi)發(fā)的系統(tǒng)提供了更大的接入空間。本系統(tǒng)針對(duì)成都市某公司人力資源管理的需求將系統(tǒng)分為了四大模塊,分別是組織管理模塊、薪資管理模塊、績(jī)效管理模塊和培訓(xùn)管理模塊,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的登錄功能進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。本系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言為C#語(yǔ)言,采用Microsoft SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)開(kāi)發(fā)工具對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)采用B/S模式。系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)按照一般軟件開(kāi)發(fā)流程進(jìn)行,首先介紹了人力資源管理系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)背景,并在對(duì)公司實(shí)際情況調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了初步的定義;然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的需求分析和概要設(shè)計(jì);在需求分析和概要設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上利用開(kāi)發(fā)工具對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的開(kāi)發(fā)和實(shí)現(xiàn);最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格的功能測(cè)試和性能測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)可以初步滿(mǎn)足用戶(hù)的需求。
[Abstract]:The purpose of human resource management is to maximize the use of the company's human resources, to optimize the matching of its work position and individual ability, and to provide a broad stage for talents by using various incentive mechanisms and assessment mechanisms. The establishment of human resource management system which integrates all systems can realize paperless office work, reduce the running cost of enterprises, and adopt automatic and scientific calculation and analysis methods to improve the operation efficiency of enterprises. In order to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition. This paper mainly combines the human resource management work of a company in Chengdu, on the basis of the research of advanced human resource management system at home and abroad, it analyzes and designs the human resource management system to create more value for the enterprise. The other systems of the company are connected with the human resource management system by SOA technology to realize the data sharing. The human resource management system designed in this paper is based on the SOA system architecture to realize the data sharing with the existing enterprise system and to provide a greater access space for the system that may be developed in the future. The system is divided into four modules, namely, organization management module, salary management module, performance management module and training management module, and the login function of the system is designed. The development language of this system is C # language, the database is developed by Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database development tool, and the system structure adopts B / S mode. The design and development of the system is carried out according to the general software development process. Firstly, the background of the development of human resource management system is introduced, and the preliminary definition of the system is given on the basis of the investigation of the actual situation of the company. Then the detailed requirement analysis and outline design of the system are carried out, and the system is developed and implemented by using the development tools on the basis of the requirement analysis and summary design. Finally, the system is tested strictly in function and performance. The test results show that the system can meet the needs of users.
