【摘要】：微信公眾平臺(tái)是騰訊公司在微信基礎(chǔ)平臺(tái)上增加的功能模塊,通過(guò)這一平臺(tái),個(gè)人和企業(yè)都可以打造一個(gè)自己的微信公眾號(hào),并在微信平臺(tái)上實(shí)現(xiàn)與指定區(qū)域用戶(hù)群發(fā)送文字、圖片、語(yǔ)音的全方位溝通、互動(dòng)。基于微信這一公眾平臺(tái)便捷的使用方式、迅速的傳播速度、短小精悍的編輯方式和圖文兼?zhèn)涞膫鞑ナ侄?某市國(guó)稅局為進(jìn)一步提升業(yè)務(wù)信息化服務(wù)水平,將電子化辦稅業(yè)務(wù)向移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)端延伸,加快移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)納稅窗口建設(shè),更快、更好、更安全地向納稅人提供涉稅服務(wù),擬建設(shè)國(guó)家稅務(wù)局自己的公眾號(hào)服務(wù)系統(tǒng),將現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)上辦稅窗口業(yè)務(wù)功能逐漸向移動(dòng)端擴(kuò)展。本文設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了某國(guó)稅系統(tǒng)的微信公眾平臺(tái),通過(guò)分析微信登錄、納稅人綁定、預(yù)約辦稅、辦稅廳實(shí)況和實(shí)時(shí)提醒等實(shí)際涉稅業(yè)務(wù),采用Nginx作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)器,KeepAlived作為雙機(jī)熱備系統(tǒng),ORACLE作為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng),結(jié)合AngularJS、Bootstrap、Spring boot、Spring framework、AMPQ(RabitMQ)等技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)了一種基于微信公眾號(hào)的納稅人信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)。通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)使用情況的測(cè)試,對(duì)使用者(納稅人及辦稅廳的稅務(wù)人員)的調(diào)查訪(fǎng)問(wèn),系統(tǒng)完滿(mǎn)達(dá)到建設(shè)要求。
[Abstract]:WeChat public platform is the function module that Tencent company adds on WeChat foundation platform. Through this platform, individuals and enterprises can create their own WeChat public number, and send text to user group in designated area on WeChat platform. Picture, voice communication and interaction. Based on the convenient use of WeChat as a public platform, the rapid speed of communication, the short editing method and the communication means of both graphics and texts, the IRS of a certain city aims to further enhance the service level of business information. Extending the electronic tax service to the mobile Internet terminal, speeding up the construction of the mobile Internet tax payment window, providing tax-related services to taxpayers faster, better and more safely, and planning to build the State Taxation Bureau's own public number service system, Will the existing online tax window business function gradually to the mobile side expansion. This paper designs and develops the WeChat public platform of a certain national tax system. By analyzing the actual tax-related business such as WeChat login, taxpayer binding, tax booking, tax department live and real-time reminding, Nginx is used as the network server. KeepAlived as a dual-computer hot standby system, ORACLE as a database management system, combined with AngularJS,Bootstrap,Spring boot,Spring framework,AMPQ (RabitMQ) technology, designed and developed a taxpayer information service platform based on WeChat public number. Through the test of the system usage and the investigation and interview to the users (taxpayers and tax staff of tax office), the system meets the construction requirements completely.
