【摘要】：目的:本文從近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)中醫(yī)政策發(fā)展歷程、以市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)為主導(dǎo)的中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用情況、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)結(jié)合中醫(yī)藥服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)這四個(gè)方面,討論中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展的過去情況、現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況和今后趨勢(shì)。背景:從歷史當(dāng)中可以發(fā)現(xiàn),中醫(yī)藥的發(fā)展受到過挫折、走過彎路,而現(xiàn)今還是很有市場(chǎng),體現(xiàn)其強(qiáng)大的實(shí)用價(jià)值。中醫(yī)藥作為一門學(xué)科,現(xiàn)今的發(fā)展套路是規(guī)范化、唯一化。在特定的歷史時(shí)期,規(guī)范化、唯一化作為一種管制性、計(jì)劃性的發(fā)展手段,是很有必要的。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,現(xiàn)階段規(guī)范化、唯一化或許不利于中醫(yī)藥的發(fā)展,中醫(yī)藥的發(fā)展應(yīng)該是靈活化、多樣化,突破管制和計(jì)劃。突破管制和計(jì)劃的壞處就在于容易引起行業(yè)混亂,進(jìn)而損害中醫(yī)藥服務(wù)的供體和受體的實(shí)際利益。結(jié)論:現(xiàn)今利用移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)下的大數(shù)據(jù)工具,理應(yīng)可以為中醫(yī)藥的靈活化、多樣化發(fā)展方向提供參考,保駕護(hù)航。在突破了管制和計(jì)劃之后,中醫(yī)藥的發(fā)展就實(shí)現(xiàn)了市場(chǎng)化,而互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的大數(shù)據(jù)采集、整理功能可以為中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展提供較為直觀的市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù),幫助中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展在對(duì)應(yīng)廣大普通民眾的切實(shí)需求時(shí)可以做到趨利避害,更大地體現(xiàn)中醫(yī)藥技術(shù)的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: this paper discusses the past development of Chinese medicine from four aspects: the development of Chinese medicine policy in modern China, the development of traditional Chinese medicine with market economy as the leading factor, the application of the Internet, and the combination of the mobile Internet with the traditional Chinese medicine service industry. Reality and future trends. Background: from history, we can find that the development of traditional Chinese medicine has suffered setbacks, gone through detours, but now there is still a market, reflecting its strong practical value. Chinese medicine as a discipline, the development of the current routine is standardized, unique. In the specific historical period, it is very necessary to standardize and only turn it into a kind of regulatory and planned development means. With the development of the times, the application of Internet technology, the standardization and uniqueness of the present stage may not be conducive to the development of traditional Chinese medicine. The development of traditional Chinese medicine should be flexible, diversified, break through the regulation and plan. The disadvantage of breaking through regulation and planning is that it can easily cause confusion in the industry, and then damage the actual interests of the donors and recipients of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) services. Conclusion: the use of big data's tools under mobile internet technology should be helpful for the flexible and diversified development of Chinese medicine. After breaking through the regulations and plans, the development of traditional Chinese medicine has been market-oriented, and big data of the Internet can provide more intuitive market data for the development of traditional Chinese medicine by collecting and arranging functions. To help the development of Chinese medicine in response to the practical needs of the masses of ordinary people can achieve advantages and avoid disadvantages, more reflect the practical value of traditional Chinese medicine technology.
