基于.NET框架的工廠智能監(jiān)控分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著人力資源成本上漲和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,在如今美國(guó)掀起的產(chǎn)業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)革命和德國(guó)提出的工業(yè)4.0形勢(shì)下,我國(guó)制造業(yè)企業(yè)正在向工業(yè)自動(dòng)化、生產(chǎn)智能化轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),制造業(yè)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的融合發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為主流。工業(yè)企業(yè)可以將生產(chǎn)制造與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)結(jié)合,摒棄傳統(tǒng)資源整合處理方式,構(gòu)建個(gè)性化、數(shù)字化、服務(wù)化的生產(chǎn)信息處理平臺(tái),能夠更好地降低成本、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝。雖然近年來(lái)制造業(yè)企業(yè)大多已完成廠區(qū)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)與設(shè)備升級(jí),實(shí)施了辦公自動(dòng)化、生產(chǎn)信息化和企業(yè)資源管理等成熟的制造業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng),但仍很難做到對(duì)廠區(qū)復(fù)雜資源信息的及時(shí)有效的整理分析,缺少工藝信息之間的無(wú)縫銜接。因此本文旨在完成一個(gè)工廠智能化的監(jiān)控分析系統(tǒng)并嵌入客戶公司的整體辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)框架中,以便于上層管理者能夠清晰生動(dòng)的查看工廠生產(chǎn)狀態(tài),對(duì)其管理優(yōu)化的決策起到輔助支持的作用,并使車間工作人員能夠更好地處理實(shí)時(shí)狀況和管控生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度。本項(xiàng)目采用目前生產(chǎn)制造系統(tǒng)主流的.NET產(chǎn)業(yè)高效集成開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行以C#為開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言的軟件開(kāi)發(fā),基于客戶需求利用PI (Plant Information)實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和SQL Server進(jìn)行工業(yè)海量歷史和實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的采集處理,連接工廠生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)和企業(yè)管理信息以免形成“信息孤島”,高效安全地與客戶企業(yè)制造執(zhí)行管理系統(tǒng)(MES)系統(tǒng)集成。本系統(tǒng)主要是完成了數(shù)據(jù)同步處理、虛擬工廠展示和制造工藝參數(shù)的分析整理等業(yè)務(wù)。本文按照軟件工程過(guò)程的順序,針對(duì)工廠智能監(jiān)控分析系統(tǒng)介紹了相關(guān)技術(shù)和背景、需求性能分析、系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)分析與實(shí)現(xiàn)等主要工作。將功能點(diǎn)提煉為虛擬工廠、產(chǎn)品線監(jiān)控和關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)(KPI)報(bào)表分析三大類,對(duì)每一模塊的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯進(jìn)行了介紹與分析,闡明本人在整個(gè)系統(tǒng)中完成的部分的開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn),并保證系統(tǒng)的可靠性、可復(fù)用性和安全性等非功能性需求。最后根據(jù)不同業(yè)務(wù)邏輯對(duì)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)工作及后續(xù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)界面與測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行詳細(xì)描述。工廠智能監(jiān)控分析系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn),能夠使用戶更好的追溯工廠生產(chǎn)過(guò)程,增強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)信息溝通,更加有效地完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù),對(duì)生產(chǎn)狀況做出及時(shí)的決策。目前項(xiàng)目已完成與客戶公司的系統(tǒng)集成并上線運(yùn)行,還會(huì)在后續(xù)發(fā)布新的版本以更適應(yīng)客戶公司的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng),維護(hù)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化更新系統(tǒng)信息。
[Abstract]:With the rise of human resource cost and the development of Internet information technology, under the industrial Internet revolution set off in the United States and the industrial 4.0 situation put forward by Germany, our manufacturing enterprises are turning to industrial automation. Intelligent production transformation and upgrading, the integration of manufacturing and Internet development has become the mainstream. Industrial enterprises can combine production and manufacturing with Internet technology, abandon the traditional way of resource integration, construct individualized, digitized and service-oriented production information processing platform, which can better reduce cost and improve product quality. Optimize production process. Although in recent years, most manufacturing enterprises have completed plant automation production and equipment upgrading, and have implemented mature manufacturing information management systems such as office automation, production informatization and enterprise resource management, However, it is still difficult to arrange and analyze the complex resource information in time and effectively, and lacks the seamless connection between the process information. Therefore, this paper aims to complete a factory intelligent monitoring and analysis system and embed in the customer company's overall office automation system framework, so that the upper management can clearly and vividly view the factory production status. It can support the decision of management optimization, and enable the workshop staff to handle the real-time situation and control the production progress better. This project adopts the current mainstream of production and manufacturing system. Net industry efficient integrated development environment. On this basis, the software development with C # as the development language is carried out. Based on customer demand, PI (Plant Information) real-time database and SQL Server are used to collect and process massive industrial history and real-time data, so as to connect factory production data and enterprise management information to avoid forming "information island". Integrate efficiently and safely with (MES) system. The system mainly completes data synchronization, virtual factory display and manufacturing process parameters analysis. According to the sequence of software engineering process, this paper introduces the related technology and background, requirement performance analysis, system overall design, detailed analysis and implementation for the factory intelligent monitoring and analysis system. The function point is abstracted into three categories: virtual factory, product line monitoring and (KPI) report analysis. The business logic of each module is introduced and analyzed, and the development and realization of the part completed by myself in the whole system are expounded. And ensure the system reliability, reusability and security and other non-functional requirements. Finally, according to different business logic, the system development and the subsequent implementation interface and test results are described in detail. The realization of factory intelligent monitoring and analysis system can make the user trace the production process of the factory better, enhance the communication of business information, complete the production task more effectively, and make timely decision on the production condition. At present, the project has been integrated with the system of the customer company and is running online. A new version will be released in the future to better adapt to the office automation system of the customer company, to maintain, adjust and optimize the update of the system information.
