民用建筑設計院知識管理信息系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)信息化建設的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)特點也日益明顯,博客、微博、圈子、社區(qū)等應用功能越來越受到企業(yè)用戶的關(guān)注和接受,用戶體驗更為信息化建設者所重視。隨著知識管理的實踐探索,企業(yè)對知識管理的理解更深入,應用需求已不局限于知識倉庫、知識地圖等常規(guī)工具,如何挖掘、提煉專家頭腦中的經(jīng)驗技巧,并進一步顯性化呈現(xiàn),規(guī)范化使用,成為知識管理發(fā)展中的新趨勢。本文針對民用建筑設計院對知識管理的需求,從民用建筑設計院自身特點出發(fā),研發(fā)具有特色的知識管理系統(tǒng)。以天津大學建筑設計院為例,分析其基本要求,即知識分類、知識流動、知識傳承、核心知識培訓。進而在系統(tǒng)中設置相應的模塊,系統(tǒng)以知識倉庫、知識社區(qū)、關(guān)鍵崗位知識、核心業(yè)務知識、知識咨詢的基本設計思想展開。在設計過程中,分析了傳統(tǒng)的知識管理在這些方面所存在的問題,并針對這些問題提出了基于網(wǎng)絡及數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)的解決方案。在具體實現(xiàn)過程中,這些基本設計思想被改裝成知識倉庫、知識問答、專家網(wǎng)絡、專用資料、知識專輯及調(diào)查管理。在用戶層面,系統(tǒng)將設計院中注冊用戶分為領(lǐng)導/專家、知識維護者以及普通用戶。系統(tǒng)中知識倉庫很好的解決了目前民用建筑設計院中知識分類雜亂,知識傳承困難,知識共享率低的問題;模仿目前民用建筑設計院中普遍存在的熟練員工指導新進員工的策略,在系統(tǒng)中設置知識問答及專家網(wǎng)絡模塊,解決新同事工作中遇到的問題;而專用資料則保證公司核心的業(yè)務知識可以隨時被公司的員工取用,解決了已往核心知識系統(tǒng)性不強,獲取困難的問題;知識專輯傾向于個人對知識的偏好,滿足了不同部門員工的對知識的不同需求;調(diào)查管理則有效的為公司事物決策提供了一體化的平臺。總體上,采取Web2.0技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了天津大學建筑設計院知識管理系統(tǒng),各模塊配合良好使新的知識管理系統(tǒng)具有更好的適應性,進一步提出新的完善措施,如系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化、系統(tǒng)拓展等,可在最大化民用建筑設計院利益的同時,增強民用建筑設計院的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology, the Internet features of enterprise information construction are increasingly obvious. The application functions of blog, Weibo, circle, community and so on have been paid more and more attention and acceptance by enterprise users. User experience is more information-based builders pay attention to. With the practical exploration of knowledge management, enterprises have a deeper understanding of knowledge management. The application requirements are no longer limited to conventional tools such as knowledge warehouse, knowledge map, etc. Furthermore, it is a new trend in the development of knowledge management to present and standardize the use of knowledge management. According to the demand of civil architecture design institute for knowledge management, this paper develops a characteristic knowledge management system based on the characteristics of civil architecture design institute. Taking Tianjin University Architectural Design Institute as an example, this paper analyzes its basic requirements, including knowledge classification, knowledge flow, knowledge transmission and core knowledge training. Then the corresponding modules are set up in the system. The system is based on the basic design ideas of knowledge warehouse, knowledge community, key position knowledge, core business knowledge and knowledge consultation. In the process of design, the problems of traditional knowledge management in these aspects are analyzed, and the solutions based on network and database technology are put forward. In the process of implementation, these basic design ideas are converted into knowledge warehouse, knowledge question and answer, expert network, special information, knowledge album and investigation management. At the user level, the system divides the registered users of the design institute into leaders / experts, knowledge maintainers and ordinary users. The knowledge warehouse in the system has solved the problems of disorderly classification of knowledge, difficulty of knowledge transmission and low rate of knowledge sharing in the current civil architecture design institute. In order to solve the problems encountered in the work of new colleagues, this paper imitates the common strategy of skilled employees in civil architecture design institutes to guide new employees, and sets up knowledge question answering and expert network modules in the system to solve the problems encountered in the work of new colleagues. The special information ensures that the company's core business knowledge can be accessed by the company's employees at any time, and solves the problem that the core knowledge is not systematic and difficult to obtain in the past; the knowledge album tends to be personal preference for knowledge. It meets the different needs of the employees of different departments for knowledge, and the investigation management provides an integrated platform for the company to make decisions. In general, the knowledge management system of Tianjin University Architectural Design Institute is realized by adopting Web2.0 technology. The new knowledge management system has better adaptability with each module, and further puts forward new perfect measures, such as system optimization, system expansion and so on. At the same time, it can enhance the core competitiveness of the civil architecture design institute.
