基于機器視覺的大柔性結(jié)構(gòu)振動位移測量
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the vibration deformation of large flexible space structure is difficult to measure because of its low frequency and large amplitude vibration deformation, the vibration displacement measurement method based on machine vision is used to measure the vibration displacement of this kind of structure. The dynamic characteristics of the structure are identified. Firstly, the problem of low frequency noise amplification in the traditional method of direct integration of acceleration signal to obtain displacement is analyzed theoretically, and then the method of measuring displacement of structure vibration based on machine vision is studied. The accuracy and validity of the method are verified by experiments. In the experiment, the digital camera is used as the visual sensor, the structure vibration video is processed by image processing, the position information of each image feature point is extracted by digital image correlation method, and the measurement accuracy is improved by sub-pixel positioning method. The natural frequency of the structure obtained by the visual displacement measurement method is compared with the natural frequency of the structure obtained by the acceleration data. It is verified that the vibration displacement measurement method based on machine vision is effective in vibration displacement measurement and dynamic characteristic identification of large flexible structures.
