【摘要】：為實(shí)現(xiàn)植物疫情的信息化、規(guī)范化管理,我們研發(fā)了植物疫情管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以時(shí)間邏輯為主線,聯(lián)系植物疫情防控工作各主要環(huán)節(jié)為一體,進(jìn)行有害生物風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、疫情監(jiān)測(cè)與處置、數(shù)據(jù)查詢(xún)與分析、疫情動(dòng)態(tài)顯示、檢疫技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)查詢(xún)等。該系統(tǒng)分省、地(市)、縣3個(gè)權(quán)限級(jí)別,除部分資料信息各級(jí)共享外,不同級(jí)別用戶只可查閱下轄行政區(qū)域內(nèi)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。在疫情監(jiān)測(cè)和處置過(guò)程中,對(duì)基層用戶生成數(shù)據(jù)催報(bào)提示,保證數(shù)據(jù)上報(bào)的及時(shí)性和完整性,以便上級(jí)用戶隨時(shí)掌握各地工作進(jìn)展動(dòng)態(tài),調(diào)整決策下一步工作。目前,該系統(tǒng)已相繼在京津冀三地上線運(yùn)行,搭建了共用平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)共享、信息互通,開(kāi)創(chuàng)了京津冀植物疫情聯(lián)防聯(lián)控新局面。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the information and standardized management of plant epidemic situation, we developed the plant epidemic situation management system. The system takes the time logic as the main line and combines the main links of plant epidemic prevention and control work as a whole to carry out pest risk analysis, epidemic situation monitoring and disposal, data query and analysis, epidemic situation dynamic display, quarantine technical standard inquiry, etc. The system is divided into provincial, prefectural (city) and county levels. Except for some information sharing, users at different levels can only consult the relevant data in the administrative area under their jurisdiction. In the process of surveillance and treatment of epidemic situation, the users at the grass-roots level should be generated data reminders to ensure the timeliness and integrity of the data reporting, so that the superior users can keep track of the progress of work in various places at any time, and adjust the next step of decision making. At present, the system has been running in the three places of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and has set up a common platform to share data and exchange information, thus creating a new situation of joint prevention and control of plant epidemic situation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
