【摘要】：Android應(yīng)用日益流行,但是Android廣告庫(kù)存在收集用戶(hù)敏感信息(如IMEI等)并通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)送的行為。因此,提出了使用基于HTTP數(shù)據(jù)包目的和內(nèi)容距離的層次化聚類(lèi)算法的檢測(cè)方法來(lái)檢測(cè)敏感信息的泄露。該方法首先對(duì)HTTP數(shù)據(jù)包的目的和內(nèi)容距離進(jìn)行聚類(lèi),隨后從聚類(lèi)的結(jié)果中生成特征簽名,并使用這些特征簽名來(lái)檢測(cè)是否存在敏感信息泄露。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明提出的檢測(cè)方法可以檢測(cè)到95%的敏感信息泄露,并只有2.7%的漏判率和2.3%的誤判率。
[Abstract]:Android applications are becoming more and more popular, but Android advertising inventory is collecting user sensitive information (such as IMEI) and sending it over the network. Therefore, a hierarchical clustering algorithm based on HTTP packet destination and content distance is proposed to detect the leakage of sensitive information. The method firstly clusters the purpose and content distance of HTTP data packets, and then generates feature signatures from the clustering results, and uses these signature signatures to detect whether there are sensitive information leaks. Experiments show that the proposed method can detect 95% of sensitive information leakage, and only 2.7% of the false judgment rate and 2.3% of the false judgment rate.
