電力設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)Linux平臺(tái)及應(yīng)用軟件設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)
[Abstract]:With the improvement of reliability and quality of power supply, the construction of large power station, the formation of UHV power network, the development of power system, the automation construction of hydropower station and the large capacity of hydropower unit, With the development of high performance, smart grid has put forward higher requirements for the maintenance of power equipment health. The continuous development of computer technology, communication technology, sensor technology and signal processing technology has further promoted the development and application of power equipment condition monitoring system. In order to carry on the state detection task continuously 24 hours, the power equipment condition monitoring system must have the extremely high stability, the reliability and the real time. Based on the function and performance requirement of power equipment condition monitoring system, a general platform of power equipment condition monitoring system based on Linux operating system is studied and developed in this paper. First of all, the paper introduces the running characteristics of the power equipment condition monitoring system and the performance requirements of the operating system, and summarizes the research and application status of the Linux system. Compared with Windows system, the advantages of Linux in industrial real-time system are demonstrated, and the significance and advantage of developing power equipment condition monitoring system based on Linux are expounded. Then the paper describes how to select and build a monitoring system development platform based on Linux,Mysql and QT graphics library from many Linux distributions and database systems. This paper analyzes in detail the program architecture of the power equipment condition monitoring system and the characteristics of each subsystem, and uses the idea of software engineering and design pattern to design a power equipment condition monitoring system with universal platform. Combined with the bottom technology of Linux system and the framework of QT graphical interface, a stable and reliable power equipment condition monitoring system is developed successfully. The new system has a remarkable improvement in stability, real-time and security. And the use of Linux shell automatic script technology, greatly reduce the maintenance of the system. Finally, the paper introduces the application of power equipment condition monitoring system based on Linux combined with laboratory internal test and HOMIS system of Gezhouba Power Plant. Finally, the main research and development work is summarized, and the problems to be solved are put forward.
