面向電子煙企業(yè)的MES系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:The E-cigarette industry has developed rapidly in recent years. China, as the manufacturing center of e-cigarette industry, is looking for a more high-end manufacturing solution under the environment of Chinese manufacturing industry and the dual opportunities of opportunity and challenge. With a view to transforming from manufacturing center to intellectual center. E-cigarette factory has the remarkable characteristic of discrete manufacturing industry, and the production management is complex. With the intensification of market competition, e-cigarette industry is facing a crisis of transition. Traditional management means and production mode seriously restrict the development of enterprises, and the implementation of information management is the inevitable development path of e-cigarette manufacturing industry. Manufacturing execution system (MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is the key of enterprise informatization. It is a technical means to realize agile management of workshop production. There are some ready-made MES systems at home and abroad, which are mature and have been verified. However, the electronic cigarette industry has the characteristics of electronic products, but also a large number of cigarette products demand, the actual demand is a flexible, Can be used in many and miscellaneous product line manufacturing execution system. The author understands the urgent need of customized MES in E-cigarette industry. Firstly, referring to the development of MES and related models, the author analyzes the practical problems of E-cigarette enterprises represented by FU Company. Then the main function model of MES system is put forward according to the requirement, the key function model is discussed and detailed design is made. The MES system described in this paper mainly uses C / S development model and SQL database to make the system more open to verify the design feasibility of MES scheme and evaluate its reliability. The most important function of manufacturing execution system in electronic cigarette enterprise is to realize traceability. According to the function of this system, it has been proved that the traceability can be achieved effectively.
