【摘要】：智能快件信報(bào)投遞系統(tǒng)及應(yīng)用模式研究具有重要意義。隨著快遞業(yè)務(wù)量的急速增長(zhǎng),快遞企業(yè)在快件處理及配送過(guò)程中面臨著巨大的壓力,快遞“最后一公里”配送問(wèn)題逐漸成為制約快遞企業(yè)發(fā)展的短板。智能快遞柜以其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)成為未來(lái)快遞末端配送的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。但是現(xiàn)有智能快遞柜在實(shí)際應(yīng)用過(guò)程中也表現(xiàn)出諸如功能不完善、格口空間浪費(fèi)、應(yīng)用推廣受限等不足之處。本論文試圖對(duì)現(xiàn)有智能快遞柜在功能以及應(yīng)用推廣方面進(jìn)行完善,以緩解上述問(wèn)題。本論文首先對(duì)現(xiàn)有末端配送方式進(jìn)行分析比較,確定智能快遞柜在末端配送過(guò)程中的重要性。再對(duì)現(xiàn)有智能快遞柜進(jìn)行調(diào)研對(duì)比,確定制約其發(fā)展的瓶頸問(wèn)題,創(chuàng)新性的將智能快遞柜與信報(bào)箱相結(jié)合,并結(jié)合移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),提出了基于移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的智能快件信報(bào)投遞系統(tǒng)。其次,從系統(tǒng)的需求分析出發(fā),確定該系統(tǒng)的硬件及軟件需求,在此基礎(chǔ)上完成了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的整體框架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并且針對(duì)箱體格口利用率低下的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析快遞件尺寸,對(duì)箱體的格口、外觀以及內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)出了一種更加符合用戶需求的智能快件信報(bào)箱。最后,為了最大化的推廣應(yīng)用本論文設(shè)計(jì)的智能快件箱報(bào)箱,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,確定用戶的需求。并以此為基礎(chǔ),提出了智能快件信報(bào)箱的應(yīng)用推廣模式。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to study the intelligent express delivery system and its application mode. With the rapid growth of express delivery business, express delivery enterprises are faced with great pressure in the process of handling and distribution of express delivery, express delivery "last kilometer" distribution problem has gradually become a short board restricting the development of express delivery enterprises. Intelligent express delivery cabinets with its unique advantages become the development trend of terminal delivery in the future. However, the existing intelligent express delivery cabinets in the actual application process also shows some shortcomings such as imperfect functions, waste of space, limited application and so on. This paper attempts to improve the function and application of the existing intelligent express delivery cabinet, in order to alleviate the above problems. This paper first analyzes and compares the existing terminal delivery methods to determine the importance of intelligent delivery cabinet in the terminal distribution process. Through the investigation and comparison of the existing intelligent express delivery cabinets, the bottleneck problem that restricts its development is determined. The innovative combination of the intelligent express delivery cabinets and the letter and report boxes, and the combination of the mobile Internet technology, An intelligent express delivery system based on mobile Internet is proposed. Secondly, the hardware and software requirements of the system are determined from the requirement analysis of the system. On this basis, the overall frame structure design of the whole system is completed, and the problem of low utilization ratio of the box port is pointed out. Through the statistical analysis of the dimensions of the express parts, the lattice, appearance and internal structure of the box are redesigned, and an intelligent express message box which meets the needs of the users is designed. Finally, in order to maximize the application of the intelligent express box designed in this paper, through the design of questionnaires to determine the needs of users. On the basis of this, the application and popularization mode of intelligent express mail box is put forward.
