某高校教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:教育信息化改革進(jìn)程正在迅速前進(jìn),為了有效提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,改善學(xué)校的教務(wù)管理工作效率,開發(fā)、實現(xiàn)自動化、信息化和科學(xué)化的教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為許多計算機(jī)工作者、教學(xué)管理工作者的研究熱點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。本文詳細(xì)的分析了教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景和現(xiàn)狀,闡述了系統(tǒng)的研究目的,使用數(shù)據(jù)流圖、業(yè)務(wù)流程圖等技術(shù)對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,導(dǎo)出了系統(tǒng)的邏輯業(yè)務(wù)功能,包括教務(wù)管理、成績管理、課程管理、教師和學(xué)生信息管理等,使用B/S體系架構(gòu)設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)的層次功能,并且使用JSP技術(shù)、JavaBean技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)和Web服務(wù)技術(shù)開發(fā)實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的邏輯業(yè)務(wù)功能,使用關(guān)系表和E-R圖設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,提高了系統(tǒng)的邏輯業(yè)務(wù)功能。通過分析和總結(jié),本文主要創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)包括以下兩個方面:(1)采用B/S體系架構(gòu)提高系統(tǒng)的層次結(jié)構(gòu)。大部分教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)采用單機(jī)式體系架構(gòu),無法進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上操作;并且大都采用C/S體系架構(gòu),導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)在升級運(yùn)行和完善維護(hù)過程復(fù)雜,需要專業(yè)人員進(jìn)行操作。本文提出采用B/S體系架構(gòu),可以有效的簡化系統(tǒng)安裝運(yùn)行維護(hù)的工作復(fù)雜度,提高系統(tǒng)的邏輯業(yè)務(wù)功能。(2)采用一個自頂向下的業(yè)務(wù)處理流程設(shè)計模式,設(shè)計系統(tǒng)邏輯業(yè)務(wù)流程。論文在系統(tǒng)功能需求分析、系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計和系統(tǒng)程序功能實現(xiàn)時,基于自頂向下的業(yè)務(wù)建模和劃分流程,整合學(xué)校的管理過程,提高系統(tǒng)整體處理能力,滿足學(xué)校教務(wù)管理需求,有效降低教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜程度和流程,進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行效率。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行測試完成之后,運(yùn)行結(jié)果顯示系統(tǒng)具有良好的易用性和可用性,并且更加適應(yīng)于學(xué)校的教務(wù)管理,可以有效提升教務(wù)管理信息化水平。
[Abstract]:The process of educational informatization reform is advancing rapidly. In order to improve teaching quality, improve the efficiency of educational administration, develop, realize automation, informationization and scientific educational administration system, educational administration system has become a lot of computer workers. Research hotspots and difficulties of teaching management workers. In this paper, the research background and present situation of educational administration system are analyzed in detail, and the purpose of the system is expounded. The system needs are analyzed by using data flow chart and business flow chart, and the logical business function of the system is derived. Including educational administration management, grade management, curriculum management, teacher and student information management, etc. The hierarchical functions of the system are designed using the B / S architecture, and the JavaBean technology is used in JSP technology. The logical service function of the system is realized by the development of database technology and Web service technology. The system database is designed by using relational table and E-R diagram, and the logical service function of the system is improved. Through the analysis and summary, the main innovations of this paper include the following two aspects: (1) using the B / S architecture to improve the system hierarchy. Most educational administration systems adopt single-machine architecture, which can not be operated on the Internet, and most of them adopt C / S architecture, which leads to the complexity of system operation in upgrading and improving maintenance, which requires professional personnel to operate. In this paper, a B / S architecture is proposed, which can effectively simplify the complexity of system installation and maintenance, and improve the logical business function of the system. (2) A top-down business process design pattern is adopted to design the system logical business process. In the system function requirement analysis, the system business process design and the system program function realization, the paper based on the top-down business modeling and division process, integrates the school management process, enhances the system overall processing ability. To meet the needs of school educational administration management, effectively reduce the complexity and process of educational administration system, and further improve the efficiency of the system. The results show that the system has good usability and usability, and is more suitable for the educational administration management, which can effectively improve the level of educational administration information.
