中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)校園安全管理服務(wù)平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施

【摘要】:構(gòu)建平安、和諧的校園環(huán)境是構(gòu)建“和諧社會(huì)”的重要組成部分。當(dāng)前高校校園安全問(wèn)題突出,主要體現(xiàn)在:校園治安問(wèn)題、消防安全問(wèn)題、交通安全問(wèn)題等。隨著近年來(lái)“平安校園”建設(shè)的不斷深化,對(duì)校園安全管理工作提出了更高的要求。中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)保衛(wèi)處擔(dān)負(fù)學(xué)校安全監(jiān)督、安全防范、消防及交通管理等工作,發(fā)揮著承上啟下、綜合監(jiān)管、安全保障和維護(hù)穩(wěn)定的作用,急切需要轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)的管理方式與決策方法,使用先進(jìn)的信息化技術(shù)對(duì)各項(xiàng)安全工作進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤管理,提高應(yīng)急指揮聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制,以提高管理、決策、協(xié)調(diào)和服務(wù)水平,推進(jìn)校園安全管理信息化、智慧化。本文以中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)校園安全管理服務(wù)平臺(tái)為題,首先對(duì)項(xiàng)目背景進(jìn)行了闡述,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的研究狀況了進(jìn)行分析比對(duì),然后對(duì)學(xué)校應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析并提出論文所要解決的問(wèn)題,接下來(lái)提出了平臺(tái)建設(shè)的功能及非功能性需求,總結(jié)出核心業(yè)務(wù)。對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析后,提出了平臺(tái)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,包括功能結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)湓O(shè)計(jì)、應(yīng)用架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)。總體設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)束后,對(duì)平臺(tái)測(cè)試進(jìn)行詳細(xì)說(shuō)明,包括功能和非功能性需求測(cè)試驗(yàn)證。最后提出平臺(tái)的整體實(shí)施方案。論文詳細(xì)講述了中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)校園安全管理服務(wù)平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施方案,該方案基本秉承先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)理念,采用自動(dòng)化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化手段辦理實(shí)現(xiàn)安全保衛(wèi)工作的全過(guò)程管理和追溯,為管理者提供全面、準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)的基于信息的決策支持,促進(jìn)提升管理水平和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Constructing a peaceful and harmonious campus environment is an important part of constructing a harmonious society. At present, campus safety problems are prominent, mainly reflected in: campus security problems, fire safety problems, traffic safety problems and so on. With the deepening of the construction of "Ping an Campus" in recent years, higher requirements have been put forward for campus safety management. The Department of Security of the China University of Petroleum (East China) is responsible for the work of school safety supervision, safety prevention, fire control and traffic management, and plays a role of comprehensive supervision, safety protection and maintenance of stability. There is an urgent need to change the traditional management and decision-making methods, to use advanced information technology to carry out dynamic tracking and management of various security work, and to improve the emergency command linkage mechanism in order to improve the level of management, decision-making, coordination and service. Promote campus safety management information, intelligent. Taking the campus safety management service platform of China University of Petroleum (East China) as the topic, this paper firstly expounds the background of the project, and analyzes and compares the research status of related systems at home and abroad. Then it analyzes the current situation of the school application and puts forward the problems to be solved in the paper. Then it puts forward the functional and non-functional requirements of the platform construction and summarizes the core business. After analyzing the requirements of the system, the overall design scheme of the platform is put forward, including functional structure design, network topology design, application architecture design and database design. After the overall design is finished, the platform test is described in detail, including functional and non-functional requirements test verification. Finally, the overall implementation of the platform is proposed. The paper describes in detail the design and implementation of campus safety management service platform of China University of Petroleum (East China), which basically adheres to the advanced design concept. Adopting automation and network means to manage and trace the whole process to realize the security work, to provide comprehensive, accurate and timely decision support based on information for managers, and to promote the improvement of management level and service quality.
