大連船舶重工集團人事系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:In recent years, the large companies in our country have made rapid development, and the number of employees in each department has increased greatly. The management of human resources has gradually become the core of all management. To pay attention to enterprise personnel is to attach importance to the management, development and progress of enterprises. In the face of huge personnel data and complicated performance business, it carries on the effective and reasonable management, scientifically allocates and optimizes the talented person manpower structure, reduces the administrative cost of the management department to make the enterprise's economic benefit and the benefit maximized. Stimulate the potential work enthusiasm of employees, etc. With the rapid development of computer technology and the rapid popularization of PC machines, the large enterprises began to use personnel management system to replace the traditional simple wage accounting and personnel statistics. However, the traditional personnel management system is due to the backward technical structure of the system, the poor security of data transmission and storage, the design of functions too stiff to truly meet the complex business of the company, the inconvenient movement of hardware equipment, and so on. Not very good in the enterprise to play its role. With the rapid development of mobile Internet and communication technology, the number of mobile phone users has reached 600 million, and this year it is the first time that the mobile phone overtook the iPhone phone, accounting for 51% of the market. This article is in the current mobile Internet era background, has done the detailed personnel management service analysis for Dalian Shipbuilding heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd., proposed unifies the personnel information management, the salary information management, the localization attendance, the performance report, Using uml modeling tools: use case diagram, data flow chart E-R diagram, module hierarchy diagram, program flow chart and sequence diagram, data requirement, function definition, database, etc., of important event announcement, leave process management and so on, and make use of uml modeling tools: use case diagram, data flow chart and E-R diagram, module hierarchy diagram, program flow chart and sequence diagram. The system architecture, software structure, system flow, and processing process are analyzed and designed to provide a private custom-made Android personnel management system for the company's HR and ordinary employees, so that it can be timely and accurate. Efficient and reasonable management of enterprises. Considering the excellent data presentation ability of the client and the powerful logic processing and data storage ability of the server, the system uses C / S architecture, the server installs the centos system, and carries the nginx server and the mysql database. The yaf framework of php is installed to implement the php interface, which is transmitted by Android on the client side, and the data interaction is completed by calling the interface, which improves the response speed and data storage ability, and takes into account the security and efficiency. Finally, a reasonable test case test designed by black box test idea is used to verify the stability of its service.
