【摘要】：作為提供個性化位置服務的一種重要手段,高速、高效的位置感知推薦服務成為當前研究的熱點.涉及多方參與的傳統(tǒng)推薦流程存在著用戶私密信息復制、盜取等安全威脅,給用戶的隱私保護帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn),尤其是當服務提供者將數(shù)據(jù)外包給第三方云平臺時,隱私泄露問題會更加凸顯.然而,現(xiàn)有的解決方案均存在推薦質量低、響應速度慢的問題.為解決上述問題,提出了一種輕量級的位置感知推薦系統(tǒng)隱私保護框架.利用該框架,服務提供者將隨機處理后的歷史評價信息外包給云平臺,并通過安全協(xié)議在云平臺的輔助下進行相似度信息的安全計算;同時,推薦用戶利用可比較加密將其感興趣的位置區(qū)域進行加密并發(fā)送給云平臺進行請求服務,并通過安全協(xié)議實現(xiàn)推薦結果的安全預測.最后,通過在真實數(shù)據(jù)集中進行仿真調試,結果表明該框架能夠在保證用戶隱私安全的前提下,準確、高效地為用戶推薦位置點.同時,與同態(tài)加密方案相比,該方案更加高效,能夠更快速地響應用戶的請求.
[Abstract]:As an important means to provide personalized location services, high speed and efficient location awareness recommendation services have become the focus of current research. In the traditional recommendation process involving multi-participation, there are security threats such as private information replication and theft, which brings new challenges to the privacy protection of users, especially when service providers outsource data to third party cloud platforms. The issue of privacy leaks will become more prominent. However, the existing solutions have the problems of low recommendation quality and slow response speed. In order to solve the above problems, a lightweight privacy protection framework for location-aware recommendation systems is proposed. Using this framework, service providers outsource randomly processed historical evaluation information to the cloud platform, and calculate the security of similarity information through security protocols assisted by the cloud platform. The recommended users use comparable encryption to encrypt and send to the cloud platform to request service, and realize the security prediction of the recommended results through the security protocol. Finally, through simulation and debugging in real data sets, the results show that the framework can accurately and efficiently recommend location points to users on the premise of ensuring the privacy of users. At the same time, compared with homomorphic encryption scheme, this scheme is more efficient and can respond to user's request more quickly.
