基于動態(tài)位置的旅游團隊成員會合模型研究

【摘要】:進入21世紀以來,世界旅游業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,成為經濟增長的重要支柱。隨著云計算、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、GIS等技術在旅游業(yè)中的深入應用,旅游業(yè)經歷著一次質的飛躍,向旅游服務人性化、智能化、精細化方向發(fā)展。隨著對旅游服務與安全問題的日益重視,旅游團隊出行過程中發(fā)生的迷路、人員掉隊、自主游覽等都面臨著成員會合需求。目前的商業(yè)導航系統(tǒng)提供了基于興趣點(POI)的路徑規(guī)劃與路徑引導服務,但是缺乏基于團隊成員位置的會合路徑規(guī)劃。一方面,團隊會合點由于受到成員位置、運動速度、地物識別度等因素的影響,導致計算的復雜性;另一方面,由于團隊成員在會合過程中的位置動態(tài)變化可能導致會合點的重新調整,從而使得這一過程的自動實現(xiàn)變得更為困難。因此,需要綜合考慮景區(qū)地理環(huán)境、旅游團隊構成和旅游團隊需求,并進行旅游會合點自動選址、會合路徑規(guī)劃以及動態(tài)自適應調整,形成科學定量的團隊會合智能決策機制,避免團隊會合延誤與超長等待問題,從而為團隊出行提供智能、快捷和精細化的會合決策服務。針對這一問題,本文在調研與分析國內外多目標位置服務、群體出行計劃等研究的成果基礎上,提出并探討了幾種團隊會合模式,設計了一種基于動態(tài)位置的旅游團隊自動會合模型,著重開展了會合點空間選址和會合過程的動態(tài)調整兩個關鍵環(huán)節(jié)的研究。本文首先分析了會合目的地空間選址的影響因素,依托團隊分布區(qū)域與道路網(wǎng)拓撲關系,利用離散點群空間特征進行綜合聚類分析,提出了基于道路網(wǎng)約束的選址候選點篩選方法;然后,分析了單一目標的計算方法并構建了多目標函數(shù)模型,在此基礎上,構建了基于模糊滿意度的選址多目標優(yōu)化模型;最后,分析時間序列和空間位置兩個層面的動態(tài)變化對團隊會合多目標的影響,針對會合偏航,延時等待等突發(fā)情況提出了基于時空節(jié)點、規(guī)劃路徑橫向偏航和縱向上速度變化的會合動態(tài)調整方法。以南京市鐘山風景區(qū)為實驗區(qū)域,通過構建鐘山風景區(qū)結伴游原型系統(tǒng)對模型與方法進行了一系列實驗,根據(jù)對實驗結果的分析對比,驗證了會合模型方法的合理性。該模型在團隊會合目的地空間選址決策上,可以滿足團隊成員會合路徑最優(yōu)、會合時間最省、同步會合最快等需求,為團隊群體旅游會合提供了科學合理的會合點空間選址與過程動態(tài)調整方案。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21 st century, the world tourism industry has developed rapidly and become an important pillar of economic growth. With the application of cloud computing, Internet of things GIS and other technologies in the tourism industry, the tourism industry is experiencing a qualitative leap to the direction of humanization, intelligence and refinement of tourism services. With the increasing attention to the tourism services and security problems, the travel team travel process occurred lost, personnel left behind, independent tours and so on are faced with the need to meet the members. Current commercial navigation systems provide path planning and path guidance services based on (POI), but lack of rendezvous path planning based on team member position. On the one hand, the group rendezvous points are affected by the position of the members, the speed of movement, the recognition of objects, and so on, which lead to the complexity of the calculation; on the other hand, The dynamic change of the position of the team members during rendezvous may lead to the readjustment of the rendezvous point, which makes the automatic realization of the process more difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to take into account the geographical environment, the composition of tourism team and the needs of tourism team, and carry out the automatic location of tourism rendezvous point, rendezvous path planning and dynamic adaptive adjustment, so as to form a scientific and quantitative intelligent decision-making mechanism of group rendezvous. Avoid the problem of group meeting delay and long wait, so as to provide intelligent, fast and refined rendezvous decision service for team travel. Aiming at this problem, based on the investigation and analysis of the research results of multi-objective location service and group travel planning at home and abroad, this paper puts forward and discusses several kinds of group rendezvous modes. This paper designs an automatic meeting model of tourism team based on dynamic location, and focuses on the research on the location of rendezvous point space and the dynamic adjustment of rendezvous process. This paper first analyzes the influence factors of rendezvous destination spatial location, relying on the topological relationship between team distribution region and road network, using the spatial characteristics of discrete point groups to carry out comprehensive clustering analysis. Then, the single objective method is analyzed and the multi-objective function model is constructed. Based on this, the multi-objective optimization model based on fuzzy satisfaction degree is constructed. Finally, the influence of dynamic changes of time series and spatial position on the multi-targets of team rendezvous is analyzed, and a spatial-temporal node is proposed for meeting yaw, delay waiting and other emergencies. Rendezvous dynamic adjustment method for planning path lateral yaw and longitudinal velocity variation. Taking Zhong Shan Scenic spot in Nanjing as the experimental area, a series of experiments were carried out on the model and the method by constructing a prototype system of Zhong Shan Scenic spot. According to the analysis and comparison of the experimental results, the rationality of the rendezvous model was verified. The model can meet the needs of optimal rendezvous path, minimum rendezvous time, fastest synchronous rendezvous and so on, in the location decision of team rendezvous destination space. It provides a scientific and reasonable scheme for group tourism rendezvous.
