[Abstract]:In order to respond to the requirements of "innovative social management" of the country, further enhance the effectiveness of supervision and management of production safety at the grass-roots level, promote the implementation of the supervisory responsibility of government departments and the main responsibility of enterprises, and comprehensively raise the level of prevention and control of accidents in production safety, In accordance with the requirements of "freeze, hold responsibility, appoint people, and set enterprises", perfect the implementation mechanism of the responsibility of "grading responsibility, contracting enterprises to people", and realize the goal of "clear powers and responsibilities, in place of duty, effective supervision and coordination and linkage", The construction covers the area, the function area (street town), the village residence safety supervision system, all kinds of production and management units in the whole area are brought into the supervision grid. By dividing the fine supervision grid to realize the regular management of the information of the elements such as people and enterprises in the grid, the grid supervision information system of safety production is built. This project comes from the Communication Information Center of the State Administration of production Safety Supervision and Administration. It mainly includes mobile Android application and Web supervision platform. The mobile user is a three-level grid inspector. The main task accomplished by the grid inspector in the mobile terminal is to inspect the dangerous enterprises, and to review the hidden trouble situation of the enterprises that have been rectified. At the same time, the results of the enterprise inspection are reported to the superior grid supervisor. The main functions of the Web supervision platform are the information management of the cell grid, the division of the grid enterprise, the next level of inspection task to the next grid officer. Check the hidden trouble records reported by the grid inspector. In the Web end, we also need to focus on the grid map, grid map for the grid operator supervision of the dangerous enterprise play a double effect with half the effort. The author of this paper is involved in the requirement analysis, architecture design and database design of the project, and in the detailed design stage, he has completed the drawing of the grid map and the application of the simple operation of the grid map. The independently developed mobile function modules are: enterprise inspection, hidden trouble rectification review, information collection and upload. PC terminal is: grid map, grid information management, grid enterprise division, lower level application management and other functions. The outstanding point of this paper is that the visual grid supervision system is realized by using GIS,ArcGIS,JavaScript and other technical tools. At present, the grid supervision system has been implemented and deployed, which greatly improves the efficiency of various government departments, regulatory units and enterprises.
