【摘要】：成人高等教育是我們國家高等教育體系的重要組成部分,應(yīng)當(dāng)主動適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài),積極轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。成人高等教育教學(xué)水平與人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量取決于教學(xué)教務(wù)管理水平的高低。近年來,本校成人高等教育學(xué)生數(shù)量激增,辦學(xué)規(guī)模逐年擴(kuò)大,學(xué)校在師資及基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)等方面矛盾突出。傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)教務(wù)管理模式存在信息不能及時(shí)、有效、準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá),管理難度大、效率低等問題。因此,采用先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)理念和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)等計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),建設(shè)一個(gè)功能完整、使用方便、安全可靠的基于WEB的成人繼續(xù)教育教學(xué)教務(wù)管理平臺是非常必要的。論文針對山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院繼續(xù)教育教學(xué)教務(wù)管理的當(dāng)前需求和發(fā)展目標(biāo),對教務(wù)管理平臺進(jìn)行了開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)和主要實(shí)現(xiàn);分析了平臺開發(fā)的背景和國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,簡要描述了系統(tǒng)需要解決的主要問題;從需求分析、概要設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)等方面闡述了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的途徑,對系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)行了深入分析,對系統(tǒng)功能模塊和數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)介紹教學(xué)計(jì)劃管理、人員機(jī)構(gòu)管理、招生錄取管理、收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理、教師管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、考務(wù)管理、課程管理、學(xué)籍管理、學(xué)年管理、畢業(yè)管理、學(xué)位外語管理、學(xué)位管理、退學(xué)管理、快遞單管理、EQS作業(yè)設(shè)置、結(jié)課作業(yè)管理、教材管理等模塊及其結(jié)構(gòu)與功能,并對系統(tǒng)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了解釋。最后,基于對現(xiàn)有成人繼續(xù)教育教學(xué)管理平臺的分析和對未來發(fā)展的展望,找出本平臺中的不足之處,以便進(jìn)一步完善。目前,該平臺已投入使用(登錄地址為http://manager.sdau.chinaedu.net:8100/),在本校成人高等教育中發(fā)揮了積極作用。
[Abstract]:Adult higher education is an important part of our national higher education system. The teaching level of adult higher education and the quality of talent training depend on the level of teaching administration. In recent years, the number of adult higher education students in our school has increased sharply, and the scale of running a school has expanded year by year. There are some problems in the traditional management mode of teaching administration, such as the information can not be timely, effective, accurate communication, difficult to manage, low efficiency and so on. Therefore, it is very necessary to use advanced design concept, network technology, database technology and other computer technology to build a safe and reliable platform of adult continuing education teaching administration based on WEB. Aiming at the current demand and development goal of the educational administration of continuing education in the College of continuing Education of Shandong Agricultural University, the thesis designs and implements the educational administration platform, analyzes the background of the platform development and the present situation of the development at home and abroad. This paper briefly describes the main problems that need to be solved in the system, expounds the ways to realize the system from the aspects of requirement analysis, outline design, detailed design, system implementation, etc. The system function module and database are designed, including teaching plan management, personnel organization management, enrollment management, charge standard management, teacher management, financial management, examination management, curriculum management, student status management, etc. In this paper, the structure and function of the modules, such as academic year management, graduation management, foreign language management, degree management, drop-out management, express delivery management, EQS assignment setting, assignment management, textbook management, etc., are explained, and the realization of the system functions is explained. Finally, based on the analysis of the current adult continuing education and teaching management platform and the prospect of future development, this paper finds out the shortcomings of the platform in order to further improve. At present, the platform has been put into use (login address is http://manager.sdau.chinaedu.net:8100/), and has played an active role in adult higher education.
