星上設(shè)備安裝姿態(tài)高精度自動測量系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:為了滿足高分辨率對地觀測衛(wèi)星上設(shè)備安裝姿態(tài)高精度測量的需求,設(shè)計了一種由二維龍門導軌、精密轉(zhuǎn)臺和CCD成像輔助自準直經(jīng)緯儀構(gòu)成的高精度自動姿態(tài)測量系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用了多傳感器數(shù)據(jù)融合的高精度測量算法,融合了自準直經(jīng)緯儀的俯仰角、偏航角數(shù)據(jù),精密轉(zhuǎn)臺的數(shù)據(jù)以及CCD圖像數(shù)據(jù),可以精確計算出遠間距異面直線間的夾角。同時基于理論安裝數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的經(jīng)緯儀自動定位方法,可以實現(xiàn)經(jīng)緯儀沿導軌自動定位到最佳準直位置和朝向,再通過局部圖像識別可以搜索出立方鏡鏡面法線的指向,最終實現(xiàn)精確準直。試驗中,通過測量標準17面棱體與標準值比對,得到最大偏差為4.1″,標準差為3.3″;通過對模擬衛(wèi)星上的立方鏡進行搜索,可以實現(xiàn)自動化測量。該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在我國高分二號衛(wèi)星總裝測試中進行了應用,保障了高分二號衛(wèi)星的裝配檢測精度。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of high resolution attitude measurement on earth observation satellite, a high precision automatic attitude measurement system is designed, which is composed of two dimensional gantry guide rail, precision turntable and CCD imaging auxiliary auto-collimating theodolite. The system adopts a high precision measurement algorithm of multi-sensor data fusion, which combines the pitch angle, yaw angle data, precision turntable data and CCD image data of the self-collimating theodolite, and can accurately calculate the angle between the distant cross-plane lines. At the same time, the theodolite automatic positioning method based on the theory installation data drive can realize the theodolite automatically locating to the best collimation position and orientation along the guide rail, and then can search the direction of the cubic mirror normal line by local image recognition. Finally, accurate collimation is achieved. In the experiment, the maximum deviation is 4.1 "and the standard deviation is 3.3" by comparing the standard 17 prism with the standard value, and the automatic measurement can be realized by searching the cubic mirror on the simulation satellite. The system has been applied in the assembly test of Gaofeng 2 satellite in China, which ensures the precision of assembly and detection of Gaofen 2 satellite.
