【摘要】：隨著商業(yè)匯票使用量的不斷增長(zhǎng)和票據(jù)市場(chǎng)的迅猛發(fā)展,我國(guó)票據(jù)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展瓶頸也日漸顯現(xiàn)。在計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)在,更多的銀行業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)逐漸開始了從手工紙質(zhì)作業(yè)向信息化進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)變,最開始只是在銀行內(nèi)部執(zhí)行了信息系統(tǒng)的更新,但由于目前人們生活中對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的依賴以及重視,銀行的大部分業(yè)務(wù)逐漸的向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)方面進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)移,更多的業(yè)務(wù)辦理工作可以客戶直接在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上辦理,將更多的業(yè)務(wù)向公眾進(jìn)行公開,實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶自主辦理業(yè)務(wù)。這種方式可以節(jié)約更多的業(yè)務(wù)辦理時(shí)間,而且更加靈活,提高了業(yè)務(wù)辦理的效率,對(duì)未來銀行的匯票管理業(yè)務(wù)有比較深遠(yuǎn)的意義。本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外銀行電子商業(yè)匯票管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,從中總結(jié)出銀行電子商業(yè)匯票管理系統(tǒng)的共同點(diǎn)和特性,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行的電子商業(yè)匯票管理方式和相關(guān)的系統(tǒng)背景,提出了本文的主要研究問題。運(yùn)用軟件工程的思想和相關(guān)技術(shù),對(duì)中國(guó)郵政儲(chǔ)蓄銀行電子商業(yè)匯票管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)以及系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能主要包括:商業(yè)匯票管理、商業(yè)匯票承兌、匯票貼現(xiàn)管理以及系統(tǒng)設(shè)置等模塊。商業(yè)匯票管理模塊包括:匯票簽發(fā)、匯票簽收、匯票查詢、公開報(bào)價(jià)、業(yè)務(wù)審核;商業(yè)匯票承兌模塊包括承兌申請(qǐng)、承兌處理查詢、承兌簽收、承兌撤銷和未用退回;匯票貼現(xiàn)模塊包括貼現(xiàn)申請(qǐng)、貼現(xiàn)審核、貼現(xiàn)查詢、貼現(xiàn)款發(fā)放和回購(gòu)票據(jù);系統(tǒng)設(shè)置模塊包括票據(jù)編輯、異常處理、公告服務(wù)、系統(tǒng)日志。系統(tǒng)在開發(fā)過程中運(yùn)用了 Java語言、J2EE平臺(tái)、SSH框架以及Oracle數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù),最終通過系統(tǒng)剛測(cè)試已經(jīng)驗(yàn)證該系統(tǒng)的正確性和有效性。本文設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)的中國(guó)郵政儲(chǔ)蓄銀行電子商業(yè)匯票管理系統(tǒng),已經(jīng)開始上線測(cè)試使用。通過系統(tǒng)中的功能客戶可以直接的實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)用戶在家里直接網(wǎng)上進(jìn)行商業(yè)匯票管理,系統(tǒng)為用戶提供了更加簡(jiǎn)便的操作方法和流程,用戶可以直接上手應(yīng)用,可以節(jié)約用戶辦理匯票業(yè)務(wù)的時(shí)間,同時(shí)靈活了業(yè)務(wù)的辦理時(shí)間和辦理地點(diǎn),使匯票業(yè)務(wù)辦理不再受辦理網(wǎng)點(diǎn)、網(wǎng)點(diǎn)營(yíng)業(yè)時(shí)間、業(yè)務(wù)辦理時(shí)間等問題的約束,只需要通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)直接能夠在系統(tǒng)中辦理中國(guó)郵政儲(chǔ)蓄銀行中的匯票業(yè)務(wù),方便快捷。
[Abstract]:With the increasing use of commercial bills of exchange and the rapid development of the bill market, the bottleneck of the development of the paper market in China is also emerging day by day. With the rapid development of computer technology, more and more banking business has gradually begun to change from manual paper work to information technology. At the beginning, it only carried out the update of information system inside the bank. However, due to the dependence and importance of people's lives on the network, most of the bank's business is gradually transferred to the Internet, and more business processing work can be handled directly on the network by customers. More business will be open to the public, to achieve customer autonomy to handle business. This way can save more business processing time, and more flexible, improve the efficiency of business processing, and have a more far-reaching significance to the future bank draft management business. Firstly, this paper studies the management system of bank electronic commercial draft at home and abroad, and summarizes the common points and characteristics of bank electronic commercial bill management system. Combined with the electronic commercial draft management mode of domestic commercial banks and related system background, this paper puts forward the main research problems. Based on the idea of software engineering and related technology, the requirement analysis, system design and system implementation of electronic commercial draft management system of China Postal savings Bank are carried out. The functions of the system include: commercial bill management, commercial bill acceptance, bill discount management and system setup. The commercial bill management module includes: bill issuing, bill signing, bill inquiry, public quotation, business audit; commercial bill acceptance module includes acceptance application, acceptance processing inquiry, acceptance signature collection, acceptance revocation and unused return; Bill of exchange discount module includes discount application, discount audit, discount inquiry, discount payment issuance and repurchase bill; system setup module includes bill editing, exception handling, announcement service, system log. In the process of development, the system uses Java language J2EE platform and Oracle data technology, finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the system has been verified by the system just test. The electronic commercial draft management system designed and implemented in this paper has been put into use online. Through the functional customers in the system can directly realize the system users in the home directly on the Internet to manage commercial bills of exchange, the system provides users with a more convenient operation methods and processes, users can directly use the application, It can save the time for the customer to handle the bill of exchange, at the same time, it can flexibly deal with the time and location of the business, so that the processing of the bill of exchange is no longer constrained by the problems of the processing network, the business hours of the network, the time of the business processing, etc. It is convenient and convenient to handle the draft business in China Postal savings Bank directly through the Internet.
