面向移動(dòng)終端的餐飲管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:餐飲業(yè)作為勞動(dòng)密集型的傳統(tǒng)行業(yè),如何利用新技術(shù)控制成本,提高工作效率,挖掘新的效益增長(zhǎng)方式是一個(gè)亟待解決的問題;诓惋嫎I(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)模式,利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、移動(dòng)終端技術(shù)組成信息管理平臺(tái),除輔助完成工作流程,提高工作效率外,還通過對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)中產(chǎn)生的大量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,找出客戶的潛在需求和新的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),即是本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和建立的初衷。本系統(tǒng)采用面向服務(wù)的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),采用.NET技術(shù)作為服務(wù)端及各業(yè)務(wù)子系統(tǒng)的主要技術(shù),采用安卓技術(shù)作為移動(dòng)終端技術(shù),裝有安卓系統(tǒng)的手機(jī)或平板電腦作為移動(dòng)終端替代傳統(tǒng)的紙制菜單,實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶在移動(dòng)端的注冊(cè)與登錄,菜品和飲品的查看與實(shí)時(shí)更新,使得開臺(tái)、點(diǎn)菜、下單、服務(wù)呼叫等業(yè)務(wù)全部通過手機(jī)或平板電腦完成。服務(wù)端以.NET技術(shù)和SQL Server后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為基礎(chǔ),實(shí)現(xiàn)了收銀臺(tái)管理、移動(dòng)終端管理、會(huì)員管理、財(cái)務(wù)端管理、打印管理、基礎(chǔ)信息管理六大功能模塊,采用多層分布式系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),通過WebService技術(shù)與移動(dòng)終端及其它客戶端子系統(tǒng)對(duì)接,使用SOAP協(xié)議進(jìn)行消息傳遞,實(shí)現(xiàn)了各子系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程統(tǒng)一及數(shù)據(jù)共享。同時(shí),本系統(tǒng)接入了第三方移動(dòng)支付平臺(tái)—支付寶,作為電子支付手段,提高了用戶的結(jié)款效率與體驗(yàn);使用消息推送功能將店鋪優(yōu)惠、訂單通知等信息通知到用戶的郵箱、手機(jī)短信、手機(jī)客戶端App,從而深度挖掘用戶的二次消費(fèi)習(xí)慣,增加用戶的粘性與活躍度。經(jīng)實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn),本系統(tǒng)在提高餐飲管理工作的工作效率,規(guī)范餐飲行業(yè)的服務(wù)體系,提高整體服務(wù)質(zhì)量和管理水平方面取得了一定的成果,并為規(guī);(jīng)營(yíng)打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As a labor-intensive traditional industry, how to use the new technology to control the cost, improve the working efficiency and tap the new way of benefit growth is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the business model of catering industry, the information management platform is composed of computer technology, network technology and mobile terminal technology. In addition to supporting the completion of work flow and improving work efficiency, it also analyzes a large number of data generated in operation. To find out the customer's potential demand and new profit growth point is the original intention of the system design and establishment. This system adopts the service-oriented architecture design, uses .NET technology as the main technology of the service side and each service subsystem, and adopts the Android technology as the mobile terminal technology. Android phones or tablets serve as mobile devices instead of traditional paper menus, allowing users to register and log in on the mobile side, view and update dishes and drinks in real time, and open, order and order. Service calls and other services are done through mobile phones or tablets. Based on .NET technology and SQL Server backstage database, the server realizes six function modules: register management, mobile terminal management, member management, financial end management, print management and basic information management. The multi-layer distributed system architecture is adopted, and the WebService technology is used to connect with the mobile terminal and other client subsystem, and the SOAP protocol is used to carry out the message transmission, which realizes the unification of business process and the sharing of data among the subsystems. At the same time, the system connects the third-party mobile payment platform-Alipay, as an electronic payment means, improves the user's payment efficiency and experience, uses the message push function to notify the user of the information such as shop discount, order notification and other information to the user's mailbox. Mobile phone short message, mobile phone client App, so as to dig into the user's secondary consumption habits, increase the user's stickiness and activity. It has been proved by practice that the system has achieved some achievements in improving the efficiency of catering management, standardizing the service system of catering industry, and improving the overall service quality and management level. And for the scale of business to lay a solid technical foundation.
