【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的到來(lái),國(guó)民對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的需求程度在日益增加。各級(jí)政府部門在進(jìn)行信息化建設(shè)時(shí),要充分吸收互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢(shì),提供出更加貼近廣大網(wǎng)民使用習(xí)慣的多種服務(wù)和功能。在這樣的趨勢(shì)之下,西安高新區(qū)的管理部門在進(jìn)行信息化建設(shè)時(shí),十分注重網(wǎng)站的服務(wù)功能和提高信息的功能,力爭(zhēng)為廣大高新區(qū)企業(yè)提供一個(gè)內(nèi)容豐富,利民利企的高效免費(fèi)平臺(tái),惠及更多企業(yè)的政務(wù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)。西安高新區(qū)在建設(shè)政府公共服務(wù)平臺(tái)時(shí),努力朝著數(shù)字化的方向發(fā)展,并力爭(zhēng)實(shí)現(xiàn)處理業(yè)務(wù)電子化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,以及辦公系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化。此論文以軟件應(yīng)用為出發(fā)點(diǎn),深入闡述了網(wǎng)站的系統(tǒng)功能、重點(diǎn)功能、設(shè)計(jì)步驟以及性能測(cè)試等方面內(nèi)容;以VSB為平臺(tái)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)站建設(shè),在架構(gòu)方面,采用了性能比較優(yōu)越的MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式,以及J2EE的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建模方面使用了power designer,綜合運(yùn)用了JAVA、JSP等編程技術(shù);按照西安高新區(qū)政府網(wǎng)站要實(shí)現(xiàn)的各項(xiàng)功能,把該網(wǎng)站分為七大功能模塊,包括用戶互動(dòng)、用戶管理、安全保障等,通過(guò)這些功能模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶咨詢、服務(wù)指南、文件精神、用戶互動(dòng)、意見反饋等方面內(nèi)容,從而為企業(yè)的信息發(fā)展提供有效的指導(dǎo),達(dá)到政府與企業(yè)、企業(yè)與企業(yè)在該平臺(tái)上的及時(shí)的信息傳播功能。在經(jīng)過(guò)接近一年的試用后,西安高新區(qū)的企業(yè)信息網(wǎng)已經(jīng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)多項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)功能,目前已經(jīng)正式投入使用,在為企業(yè)用戶和個(gè)人用戶提供各類信息服務(wù)方面,發(fā)揮了較大的功用。西安高新區(qū)企業(yè)信息網(wǎng)具有比較優(yōu)良的性能,達(dá)到了國(guó)家以及地方對(duì)政府網(wǎng)站的要求。該網(wǎng)站布局合理,功能完善、頁(yè)面美觀,內(nèi)容詳實(shí)豐富。通過(guò)該網(wǎng)站,西安高新區(qū)能夠進(jìn)一步完善對(duì)公眾的服務(wù)渠道,以更加信息化的方式來(lái)傳遞政府信息,為民眾在網(wǎng)上辦理相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)提供了極大的方便。以后在建設(shè)其它政府網(wǎng)站時(shí),也可以以此網(wǎng)站為參考,吸取該網(wǎng)站的優(yōu)越之處。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the network era, the demand for network is increasing. Government departments at all levels should fully absorb the advantages of the Internet and provide a variety of services and functions closer to the user habits of the broad masses of netizens. Under such a trend, the management departments of Xi'an High-tech Zone are informationizing. In the process of construction, the government pays great attention to the service function of the website and the function of improving the information, and strives to provide a free and efficient platform for the enterprises in the high-tech zones, which is rich in content, beneficial to the people and the enterprises, and beneficial to more enterprises. This paper takes software application as the starting point, expounds the system functions, key functions, design steps and performance testing of the website; uses VSB as the platform for website construction, and adopts the MVC design mode with superior performance in the framework. And J2EE structure system, database modeling using power designer, the comprehensive use of JAVA, JSP and other programming technology; according to the functions of the Xi'an High-tech Zone government website to achieve, the site is divided into seven functional modules, including user interaction, user management, security and so on, through these functional modules, to achieve user consultation, Service guide, document spirit, user interaction, feedback and other aspects of content, so as to provide effective guidance for the development of enterprise information, to achieve the government and enterprises, enterprises and enterprises on the platform of timely information dissemination function. The enterprise information network of Xi'an High-tech Zone has excellent performance and meets the requirements of the state and local government websites. The website has reasonable layout, perfect functions, beautiful pages and detailed contents. Rich. Through this website, Xi'an Hi-tech Zone can further improve the service channels for the public, transmit government information in a more informational way, and provide great convenience for the people to handle related business on the Internet. In the future, when building other government websites, we can also use this website as a reference to absorb the advantages of the website.
