高校團務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】：伴隨著信息技術(shù)和計算機技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,社會經(jīng)濟逐步提升,人們生活質(zhì)量得到較大提高,為網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的推廣帶來了前所未有的機會和發(fā)展前景,尤其是政府部門對于管理系統(tǒng)的運用。傳統(tǒng)團委事務(wù)管理需要做大量的重復性工作,不僅消耗大量人力物力,工作效率也十分低下。針對以上問題,高校團委設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一套高校團務(wù)管理系統(tǒng),不僅方便了團委工作人員,也為廣大團員提供了方便,節(jié)約了大家的時間,提高了工作效率。本文以軟件工程的基本原理為指導,采用B/S開發(fā)模式,針對高校團委的具體業(yè)務(wù)需求,設(shè)計開發(fā)了一套面向具體業(yè)務(wù)的需求的平臺軟件。論文的主要工作:(1)對論文背景及意義進行了簡單描述,然后分析了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,并對論文的主要工作和結(jié)構(gòu)安排進行了描述。(2)介紹了高校團務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的技術(shù)理論,其中主要包括B/S體系結(jié)構(gòu)、JSP技術(shù)、UML面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)以及SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)等。(3)針對高校團委的具體業(yè)務(wù)要求,提出了一套全面的高校團務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的需求方案,其中涉及系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)的需求分析,以及各模塊的需求分析和詳細設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計等。(4)最后實現(xiàn)了一個完整的高校團務(wù)管理系統(tǒng),并對其進行了頁面展示。高校團務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了團委事務(wù)的信息化管理,實現(xiàn)團委人員信息、團委事務(wù)信息以及公共信息等數(shù)據(jù)的錄入、修改、查詢、報表打印等功能,并利用Internet傳輸報表數(shù)據(jù)及用戶下載報表數(shù)據(jù),從而使團務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)模型的健壯性得到了保障,由于現(xiàn)在由計算機來代替從前由人工完成的操作,不僅提高了工作準確性,而且提高了工作效率,使高校團委的工作更加高效便捷,最后系統(tǒng)經(jīng)實測運行良好,系統(tǒng)既完成了預設(shè)目標,同時也能夠滿足日常團務(wù)需求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and computer technology, the social economy is gradually improved, people's quality of life has been greatly improved, which has brought unprecedented opportunities and development prospects for the promotion of network systems. Especially the use of management system by government departments. The traditional management of the affairs of the league committee needs to do a lot of repetitive work, which not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, but also has a very low working efficiency. In view of the above problems, the League Committee of Colleges and Universities has designed and implemented a set of management system for the League affairs of colleges and universities, which not only facilitates the staff of the League Committee, but also provides convenience for the vast number of League members, saves everyone's time and improves the working efficiency. Guided by the basic principles of software engineering and adopting the B / S development model, this paper designs and develops a set of platform software for the specific business requirements of the League Committee of colleges and universities. The main work of the thesis is as follows: (1) briefly describing the background and significance of the thesis, then analyzing the present situation at home and abroad, and describing the main work and structure arrangement of the thesis. It mainly includes the B / S architecture SQL Server object-oriented technology and SQL Server database technology. (3) according to the specific business requirements of the League Committee of colleges and universities, the paper puts forward a set of comprehensive requirements of the college management system. It involves the design of system architecture, the requirement analysis of the system, the requirement analysis and detailed design of each module, the design of the system database and so on. (4) finally, a complete group management system is implemented. And carried on the page display to it. The information management system realizes the information management of the affairs of the League Committee, and the functions of data input, modification, inquiry, report printing and so on, such as the information of the members of the League Committee, the information on the affairs of the League Committee and the public information, etc. Using Internet to transmit report data and users download report data, the robustness of mission management system model is guaranteed. Because the computer is now used to replace the manual operation, the accuracy of the work is not only improved. Moreover, it improves the working efficiency and makes the work of the League Committee of colleges and universities more efficient and convenient. At last, the system runs well through the actual test, and the system not only achieves the preset goal, but also can meet the needs of the daily group affairs.
