【摘要】：[目的/意義]隨著移動社交軟件用戶量的增加和功能的豐富,其用戶使用過程中引發(fā)的隱私安全問題越來越引起關(guān)注。移動社交軟件隱私安全對使用意愿的影響因素研究,將對社交軟件服務(wù)商完善功能和行業(yè)部門加強對隱私安全的監(jiān)管起到積極的推動作用。[方法/過程]基于信息生態(tài)視角建立移動社交軟件隱私安全對使用意愿的影響因素模型,運用結(jié)構(gòu)方程實證研究方法對模型的適用性進行檢驗。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]信息內(nèi)容安全是用戶愿意使用移動社交軟件的最關(guān)鍵影響因素,其次是信息人素質(zhì)和信息環(huán)境對使用態(tài)度也產(chǎn)生正向影響,移動社交軟件使用態(tài)度對使用意愿產(chǎn)生正向影響,而信息技術(shù)對使用態(tài)度的影響并不明顯。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the number of mobile social software users and the enrichment of their functions, the privacy security problems caused by the users' use have attracted more and more attention. The study on the influence factors of mobile social software privacy security on the willingness to use will play a positive role in improving the function of social software service providers and strengthening the supervision of privacy security in the industry sector. [methods] based on the view of information ecology, the model of influencing factors of privacy security of mobile social software on willingness to use was established, and the applicability of the model was tested by using structural equation empirical research method. [results / conclusion] Information content security is the most critical factor affecting users' willingness to use mobile social software, followed by the positive impact of information person quality and information environment on their attitudes to use. The use attitude of mobile social software has a positive effect on the willingness to use, but the effect of information technology is not obvious.
