【摘要】：背景:3D生物打印利用組織工程及干細胞研究的成果,以活細胞及其他細胞活性成分作為打印原料,最終實現(xiàn)生物活性組織的打印和制作。目的:對3D打印技術目前在整形外科的應用及研究進展作一綜述。方法:由第一作者檢索從2007至2016年PubM ed、Ovid、中國知網(wǎng)等數(shù)據(jù)庫收錄的關于3D打印技術在整形外科應用及研究進展的文獻。英文檢索詞為"three-dimensional printing,3D printing,plastic and reconstructive surgery,orthopaedic,organ printing",中文檢索詞為"3D打印,整形外科,修復重建,器官打印",按納入、排除標準篩選最終納入44篇文獻進行分析、總結(jié)。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:3D打印目前在顱頜面骨重建、耳鼻再造、皮膚打印及乳房重建等方面的應用較為廣泛,特別在制作骨替代品及個性化假肢、假體方面技術已相當成熟。3D打印技術經(jīng)歷了從假體制作到生物活性打印的發(fā)展過程,最終有望進入器官打印階段,徹底解決自體或同種異體移植所存在的局限。
[Abstract]:Background: by utilizing the results of tissue engineering and stem cell research, we used living cells and other cell active components as printing materials, and finally realized the printing and making of bioactive tissues. Objective: to review the application and research progress of 3 D printing technology in plastic surgery. Methods: the first author searched the literature about the application and research progress of 3D printing technology in plastic surgery from 2007 to 2016. The English key word is "three-dimensional printing,3D printing,plastic and reconstructive surgery,orthopaedic,organ printing" and the Chinese key word is "3D printing, plastic surgery, repair and reconstruction, organ printing". According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 44 articles were selected and summarized. Results and conclusion at present, the use of 3 D in craniomaxillofacial bone reconstruction, ear and nose reconstruction, skin printing and breast reconstruction is more extensive, especially in the manufacture of bone substitutes and personalized prostheses. The technology of prosthesis. 3D printing has gone through the development process from prosthesis manufacture to bioactive printing. Finally, it is expected to enter the stage of organ printing and solve the limitations of autologous or allogeneic transplantation.
