【摘要】：目的研究現(xiàn)代名老中醫(yī)臨床診療方藥數(shù)據(jù)的抽取與清理方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)方藥數(shù)據(jù)的規(guī)范化與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,為證-方-藥之間的關(guān)系研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。方法首先,基于《中國(guó)藥典》與《中華本草》建立中藥知識(shí)庫(kù)。其次,抽取診斷為肺癌的現(xiàn)代名老中醫(yī)臨床數(shù)據(jù),針對(duì)方藥信息進(jìn)行去重、分解、規(guī)范化與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化操作,并記錄知識(shí)庫(kù)中缺少的中藥信息,與中醫(yī)專家進(jìn)行核驗(yàn),擴(kuò)展知識(shí)庫(kù)。最后,再次對(duì)方藥數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行抽取與清理。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,提出的CMF-SEC方法可以針對(duì)存在多種復(fù)雜情況的方藥數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行抽取與清理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了方藥數(shù)據(jù)的規(guī)范化與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。結(jié)論 CMF-SEC方法,適用于現(xiàn)代名老中醫(yī)臨床診斷中方藥數(shù)據(jù)的抽取與清理。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the method of extracting and clearing the data of clinical diagnosis and treatment of modern famous and old Chinese medicine, to standardize and standardize the data of prescription and medicine, and to lay a foundation for the study of the relationship between syndrome and prescription and medicine. Methods firstly, the knowledge base of TCM was established based on Chinese Pharmacopoeia and Chinese herbs. Secondly, the clinical data of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnosed as lung cancer are extracted, the information of traditional Chinese medicine is removed, decomposed, standardized and standardized, and the missing information of Chinese medicine in the knowledge base is recorded, and the traditional Chinese medicine experts are verified and the knowledge base is expanded. Finally, the other side drug data extraction and cleaning up again. Results the experimental results show that the proposed CMF-SEC method can be used to extract and clean the data of prescription drugs with many complicated situations, and the standardization and standardization of the data of prescription drugs can be realized. Conclusion CMF-SEC method can be used to extract and clean up the data of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical diagnosis.
