【摘要】：校園信訪系統(tǒng)是信訪領(lǐng)域內(nèi)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的系統(tǒng)分支,是處理好師生關(guān)系,創(chuàng)建和諧校園的根本渠道。近年來,校園信訪系統(tǒng)發(fā)展遲緩,既有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層面上的主觀因素,也有硬件條件不具備等客觀因素。全國(guó)來看,尚缺乏一套滿足高校實(shí)際需要的涵蓋高校各項(xiàng)工作功能的管理信息系統(tǒng)。因此,開發(fā)一套高校信訪案件管理系統(tǒng)已成為高校紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察工作的迫切需要。為充分提高高校紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察部門的工作效率和服務(wù)質(zhì)量,及時(shí)發(fā)揮紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察在學(xué)校發(fā)展中的監(jiān)督職能和保駕護(hù)航作用,建設(shè)安全可靠、使用方便、易于管理和維護(hù)的信訪管理系統(tǒng)已成為高校信息化建設(shè)的必然要求。為了更好的解決這一問題,切實(shí)提高校園信訪系統(tǒng)的工作效率,本文基于電子化思想對(duì)校園信訪案件管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。在本文設(shè)計(jì)的過程中,經(jīng)過前期的實(shí)際調(diào)研,理清校園信訪的工作機(jī)制與流程,認(rèn)為基于Web技術(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)與客戶端模式適用于該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。采用模塊化方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)的具體功能進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),并分析不同設(shè)計(jì)方法所采用的理論知識(shí),梳理具體實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中的必要途徑。按照基本的模塊構(gòu)成形成必要的設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告和執(zhí)行軟件。對(duì)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行梳理,根據(jù)具體的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)對(duì)本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則進(jìn)行規(guī)范性建設(shè)。對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)過程中的主要技術(shù)進(jìn)行闡述與分析。根據(jù)不同的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)本文所采用的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù),包含了J2EE技術(shù)、應(yīng)用中間件技術(shù)以及web技術(shù)等,在針對(duì)不同技術(shù)的介紹過程中,重點(diǎn)分析其在本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中的應(yīng)用。為此,在實(shí)際的工作過程中,本文首先對(duì)校園信訪系統(tǒng)的工作流程與特征進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)總結(jié),得到了包括基本功能在內(nèi)的需求性信息,為后續(xù)的開發(fā)提供了必要的基礎(chǔ)。其次,在針對(duì)具體軟件的設(shè)計(jì)過程中,本文采用先框架、再功能、再數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、再人機(jī)互交界面的基本設(shè)計(jì)流程。對(duì)具體的設(shè)計(jì)方法與實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行通報(bào)。最后,對(duì)全文所取得的成績(jī)進(jìn)行總結(jié),并分析該系統(tǒng)可能存在的問題以及后續(xù)的解決方案與研究方向。本課題將從信訪工作適用性以及滿足信訪者、信訪辦理人、信訪管理者需求的角度,研究和開發(fā)相關(guān)的信訪案件管理軟件,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)信訪管理、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)、信息查詢等功能,為信訪案件管理提供了一個(gè)現(xiàn)代化的管理手段,保持了各種數(shù)據(jù)的完整性、及時(shí)性和準(zhǔn)確性,完善了管理體系,提高了管理水平。
[Abstract]:Campus petition system is a relatively independent branch of system in the field of letters and visits. It is the fundamental channel to deal with the relationship between teachers and students and to create a harmonious campus. In recent years, the system of letters and visits on campus has been developing slowly, which includes subjective factors at the leadership level and impersonal factors such as lack of hardware conditions. Nationwide, there is still a lack of a management information system that can meet the practical needs of colleges and universities. Therefore, it has become an urgent need for discipline inspection and supervision to develop a case management system in colleges and universities. In order to fully improve the work efficiency and service quality of discipline inspection and supervision departments in colleges and universities, to give full play to the supervisory function and escort function of discipline inspection and supervision in the development of the school in a timely manner, and to build a safe, reliable and convenient operation, The management system of letters and visits, which is easy to manage and maintain, has become an inevitable requirement of information construction in colleges and universities. In order to better solve this problem and improve the efficiency of the campus petition system, this paper designs and implements the campus letter and visit case management system based on the electronic idea. In the course of the design of this paper, the working mechanism and flow of campus letters and visits are clarified through the previous practical investigation, and the database and client model based on Web technology is considered suitable for the development of the system. The specific function of the system is designed and realized by modularization method, and the theoretical knowledge used by different design methods is analyzed, and the necessary ways in the process of realization are combed out. Form the necessary design report and implementation software according to the basic module composition. The design goal of the system is combed, and the design principles of the system are built according to the specific design objectives. The main technology in the design process is expounded and analyzed. According to different design objectives, this paper uses the design technology, including J2EE technology, application middleware technology and web technology, etc. In the process of introducing different technologies, the application of this technology in the realization process of the system is analyzed emphatically. Therefore, in the actual work process, this paper firstly summarizes the workflow and characteristics of the campus petition system, and obtains the required information, including the basic functions, which provides the necessary basis for the subsequent development. Secondly, in the design process of specific software, this paper adopts the basic design flow of frame, function, database and man-machine interface. The concrete design method and implementation result are reported. Finally, the paper summarizes the achievements of the paper, and analyzes the possible problems of the system, as well as the subsequent solutions and research directions. This subject will study and develop the related case management software from the point of view of the applicability of petition work and meeting the needs of petitioners, petition managers, and can realize the functions of letter and visit management, data statistics, information query, etc. It provides a modern management method for the case management of letters and visits, maintains the integrity, timeliness and accuracy of all kinds of data, improves the management system and improves the management level.
