【摘要】：虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)是臨床心理學(xué)中常使用的突破普通刺激呈現(xiàn)局限的手段,能進(jìn)一步拉近實(shí)驗(yàn)室與真實(shí)情境的相似度,為心理學(xué)研究帶來(lái)革命性的進(jìn)步。本文梳理了虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)在恐懼癥和焦慮癥、進(jìn)食障礙和創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙上的應(yīng)用,其較傳統(tǒng)心理學(xué)具有三個(gè)優(yōu)勢(shì),最后指出虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)在臨床心理學(xué)上的應(yīng)用仍然處于實(shí)驗(yàn)室階段,還需要在技術(shù)、治療方案、治療范圍上進(jìn)一步拓展。
[Abstract]:Virtual reality (VR) is a commonly used method in clinical psychology to break through the limitation of ordinary stimuli, which can further reduce the similarity between the laboratory and the real situation, and bring revolutionary progress to the research of psychology. This paper reviews the application of virtual reality technology in phobia and anxiety disorder, eating disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder, which has three advantages over traditional psychology. Finally, it is pointed out that the application of virtual reality technology in clinical psychology is still in the laboratory stage, and needs to be further expanded in technology, treatment scheme and treatment scope.
