【摘要】：利用高光譜圖像豐富的邊緣特性和很強(qiáng)的譜間結(jié)構(gòu)相似性,提出一種基于局部邊緣預(yù)測的空譜聯(lián)合高光譜圖像無損壓縮方法。該方法利用譜間最小方差算法的編碼框架,在原有譜內(nèi)、譜間預(yù)測模式的基礎(chǔ)上,增加了第三種"無預(yù)測"的預(yù)測模式,以更好地適應(yīng)高光譜圖像的相關(guān)特性。在譜內(nèi)預(yù)測時(shí),針對圖像中普遍存在的局部斜邊緣,將對角邊緣檢測引入到中值預(yù)測中,提出了改進(jìn)的對角邊緣預(yù)測算法。在譜間預(yù)測時(shí),通過分析局部邊緣存在時(shí)上下文的特點(diǎn),提出簡單有效的上下文選擇策略,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了基于局部邊緣結(jié)構(gòu)相似性的譜間預(yù)測算法,在上下文模板內(nèi)自適應(yīng)地選擇最佳預(yù)測上下文進(jìn)行譜間預(yù)測。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本文方法有效利用了圖像的局部邊緣特性,更好地去除了譜內(nèi)和譜間的相關(guān)性,改善了預(yù)測性能,提高了無損壓縮比。
[Abstract]:Based on the rich edge characteristics of hyperspectral images and the strong structural similarity between spectra, a novel lossless compression method for hyperspectral images based on local edge prediction is proposed. This method uses the coding framework of the minimum variance algorithm between spectra and adds a third prediction model without prediction to fit the correlation characteristics of hyperspectral images on the basis of the original spectral and interspectral prediction models. The diagonal edge detection is introduced into the median prediction for the local oblique edge which is widely existed in the image. An improved diagonal edge prediction algorithm is proposed. In the interspectral prediction, a simple and effective context selection strategy is proposed by analyzing the characteristics of the context when the local edge exists. On this basis, an inter-spectral prediction algorithm based on the similarity of the local edge structure is proposed. The optimal prediction context is chosen adaptively in the context template for interspectral prediction. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively utilize the local edge characteristics of the image, remove the correlation between spectra, improve the prediction performance and improve the lossless compression ratio.
