連續(xù)投料產(chǎn)出型生產(chǎn)企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)的研究與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Continuous feeding and producing enterprises are strictly in accordance with the production process. Take the precious metal production as an example, precious metals (platinum, palladium, rhodium) are expensive, and a little error in the production process will lead to a large loss. Therefore, it is very important to study the input-output balance of precious metals in the production process of enterprises. On the other hand, how to scientifically predict the real demand of customers and the purchase price of raw materials to set up a safe inventory level is worth studying and thinking. In this paper, the input-output balance of production process and inventory management under uncertain demand and fluctuating price of raw materials are studied. Based on this, a precious metal production management information system is designed and developed. Balanced query and inventory management are the main modules of the system. The input-output balance query of precious metals is a network structure search process. In this paper, depth first search and breadth first search algorithm are used to realize the input-output balance query, in which the depth first search involves the forward and reverse search process. Finally, the search results are compared and analyzed to determine whether the input-output process is balanced. At the same time, this paper studies the inventory management problem under the condition of random fluctuation of raw material purchase price and uncertain demand. Ito process is used to predict the raw material price, the quadratic exponential smoothing method is used to predict the short-term average demand, and the inventory model is established. The objective function is to minimize the sum of purchase cost, holding cost and shortage cost. The gamma distribution approximation is used to obtain the best order quantity. Finally, the concrete solution and analysis are carried out. This system is based on Asp.net technology, using C # language developed web application program. The system requirements are analyzed, and then the overall design, the function design, the corresponding database design and the input-output balance design are carried out. The system is characterized by friendly foreground interface, simple operation, stability, easy to expand. The information system can run stably on the web server, realize the balance of input and output of precious metals, and customize the production and purchase plan for the enterprise, so that the production process of the enterprise can be informationized, digitized, and the work efficiency can be improved. Finally, the cost of production will be saved.
