基于協(xié)同過濾和雷達(dá)圖法的信息運(yùn)維技能培訓(xùn)平臺(tái)研究

【摘要】:隨著電網(wǎng)企業(yè)“三集五大”體系建設(shè)的全面推進(jìn),許多應(yīng)用和管理系統(tǒng)不斷上線。信息通信系統(tǒng)作為電力系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,其安全可靠運(yùn)行對(duì)維持電力系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性起著非常重要的作用。擁有一批適應(yīng)新形勢要求、技能過硬的高素質(zhì)信息運(yùn)維人員是保證信息通信系統(tǒng)安全可靠運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ),信息運(yùn)維技能培訓(xùn)是提高信息運(yùn)維人員專業(yè)技能水平的有效途徑。針對(duì)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)信息運(yùn)維人員專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)中存在的若干問題,本文從三個(gè)方面對(duì)基于協(xié)同過濾和雷達(dá)圖法的信息運(yùn)維技能培訓(xùn)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了研究。針對(duì)信息運(yùn)維技能學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)不能滿足信息運(yùn)維人員對(duì)信息運(yùn)維技能知識(shí)的個(gè)性化需求的問題,本課題提出了基于協(xié)同過濾的信息運(yùn)維技能知識(shí)個(gè)性化推薦模型。該模型的基本思想是:首先設(shè)計(jì)一種隱式評(píng)分機(jī)制,將信息運(yùn)維人員的在線學(xué)習(xí)行為轉(zhuǎn)換為其對(duì)信息運(yùn)維技能知識(shí)的隱式評(píng)分;然后提出一種基于項(xiàng)目特征和用戶興趣的協(xié)同過濾算法,即在用戶相似性計(jì)算時(shí)引入項(xiàng)目相似性,并在未評(píng)分項(xiàng)目預(yù)測時(shí)引入時(shí)間函數(shù)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)協(xié)同過濾算法進(jìn)行改進(jìn);最后將改進(jìn)的協(xié)同過濾算法應(yīng)用于信息運(yùn)維技能知識(shí)個(gè)性化推薦。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了個(gè)性化推薦模型的有效性。針對(duì)信息運(yùn)維技能評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)不能形象直觀地反映信息運(yùn)維人員的信息運(yùn)維技能綜合水平的問題,本課題提出了基于雷達(dá)圖法的信息運(yùn)維技能綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。該模型的基本思想是:首先根據(jù)調(diào)研情況和指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建原則建立信息運(yùn)維技能評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;然后提出一種基于組合賦權(quán)的雷達(dá)圖綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,即運(yùn)用組合賦權(quán)法計(jì)算評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,將權(quán)重轉(zhuǎn)換為指標(biāo)在雷達(dá)圖中對(duì)應(yīng)扇形區(qū)域的圓心角,并以扇形區(qū)域的角平分線作為指標(biāo)軸對(duì)傳統(tǒng)雷達(dá)圖法進(jìn)行改進(jìn);最后將改進(jìn)的雷達(dá)圖法應(yīng)用于信息運(yùn)維技能綜合評(píng)價(jià)。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型的可靠性。結(jié)合以上理論研究,本課題開發(fā)了一套電網(wǎng)企業(yè)信息運(yùn)維人員專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)信息運(yùn)維技能學(xué)習(xí)、訓(xùn)練、考試、評(píng)價(jià)一體化管理。該平臺(tái)采用了“學(xué)、練、考、評(píng)”的培訓(xùn)模式,為信息運(yùn)維人員提供一個(gè)集信息運(yùn)維技能學(xué)習(xí)、訓(xùn)練、考試、評(píng)價(jià)等為一體的專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)環(huán)境,提高了信息運(yùn)維人員的專業(yè)技能水平,從而保證電網(wǎng)企業(yè)信息通信系統(tǒng)的安全可靠運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:With the overall development of the "three sets and five" system in power grid enterprises, many application and management systems have been put on line. As an important part of power system, information communication system plays an important role in maintaining the stability of power system. It is the foundation of ensuring the safe and reliable operation of information communication system to have a group of high quality information operators who can meet the requirements of the new situation. The training of information operation and maintenance skills is an effective way to improve the level of professional skills of information operators and maintainers. Aiming at some problems existing in the training of information operation and maintenance personnel in power grid enterprises, this paper studies the training platform of information operation and maintenance skills based on collaborative filtering and radar map method from three aspects. In order to solve the problem that information operation and maintenance skills can not meet the individual needs of information operations and maintenance personnel, a personalized recommendation model of information operational skills knowledge based on collaborative filtering is proposed in this paper. The basic idea of the model is as follows: firstly, an implicit scoring mechanism is designed to convert the online learning behavior of information operators into their implicit scoring of information operational skills; Then, a collaborative filtering algorithm based on item feature and user interest is proposed, that is, the item similarity is introduced when the user similarity is calculated, and the time function is introduced to improve the traditional collaborative filtering algorithm. Finally, the improved collaborative filtering algorithm is applied to the personalized recommendation of information operation and maintenance skills. The effectiveness of the personalized recommendation model is verified by experiments. Aiming at the problem that the comprehensive level of information operation and maintenance skills can not be visually reflected in the evaluation of information operation and maintenance skills, a comprehensive evaluation model of information operation and maintenance skills based on radar map method is proposed in this paper. The basic ideas of the model are as follows: firstly, according to the investigation situation and the principle of constructing index system, the evaluation index system of information operational skills is established, and then a comprehensive evaluation method of radar map based on combinatorial weight is proposed. That is, the weight of the evaluation index is calculated by using the combined weighting method, and the weight is converted into the center angle of the sector region corresponding to the index in the radar map, and the traditional radar map method is improved by using the angular bisection line of the sector region as the index axis. Finally, the improved radar map method is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of information operation and maintenance skills. The reliability of the comprehensive evaluation model is verified by experiments. Based on the above theoretical research, this paper develops a set of training platform for information operation and maintenance personnel in power grid enterprises, which realizes the integrated management of information operation and maintenance skills learning, training, examination and evaluation. The platform adopts the training mode of "learning, training, testing and evaluation", which provides a training environment for information operations and maintainers to learn, train, test, evaluate and so on. The level of professional skills of information operators is improved to ensure the safe and reliable operation of information communication system in power grid enterprises.
