【摘要】：針對建設(shè)中數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)劃及管理存在的問題,提出一種從政務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)的角度入手定義智慧城市大數(shù)據(jù)空間模型,對智慧城市大數(shù)據(jù)開放共享平臺進行總體設(shè)計的方法。通過合理劃分空間維度及空間拋面,建立大數(shù)據(jù)模型、業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)實例、及數(shù)據(jù)目錄的映射關(guān)系,實現(xiàn)智慧城市統(tǒng)一數(shù)據(jù)庫的建設(shè)。建立大數(shù)據(jù)安全訪問控制模型,通過大數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一訪問接口,將加工后的數(shù)據(jù)供給授權(quán)的第三方應(yīng)用開發(fā)商調(diào)用。按照"一片云、一張網(wǎng)、一套庫、一把鎖、一張圖"的思路在東莞搭建智慧城市大數(shù)據(jù)開放共享平臺原型系統(tǒng),基于城市用戶的龐大用戶群,建設(shè)一個應(yīng)用發(fā)布、數(shù)據(jù)定制及評價的統(tǒng)一門戶。通過實例驗證平臺可以實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)提供者、應(yīng)用開發(fā)者及用戶相互促進的智慧城市數(shù)據(jù)及應(yīng)用的共建共享,打造需求、數(shù)據(jù)、資金合理流向的產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in data planning and management in the construction, this paper presents a method to define the intelligent city big data spatial model from the angle of government data assets, and to design the open and shared platform of intelligent city big data as a whole. By reasonably dividing the spatial dimension and the spatial throwing surface, establishing the big data model, business system, data instance, and the mapping relation of data catalogue, the construction of the intelligent city unified database is realized. The big data secure access control model is established, and the processed data is supplied to the authorized third party application developer through the big data unified access interface. According to the idea of "a cloud, a network, a library, a lock, a picture", a prototype system of big data open and shared platform for the intelligent city is built in Dongguan. Based on the huge user base of urban users, an application release is built. Unified portal for data customization and evaluation. Through the example verification platform, the data providers, application developers and users can promote the wisdom of urban data and the co-construction and sharing of applications, create a reasonable flow of demand, data, capital industry ecology.
