工作計劃與任務(wù)督辦系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著計算機(jī)技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,其已經(jīng)在通信傳輸、航天科技、金融證券等領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,取得了良好的效果,尤其是在企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中,已經(jīng)開發(fā)了OA系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)等多種自動化辦公系統(tǒng),大大的提高了企業(yè)運營的管理質(zhì)量和運行的可靠性,取得顯著的成績。為了提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)工作質(zhì)量和效率,本文詳細(xì)地分析了企業(yè)日常生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營工作的事務(wù),使用UML用例圖、結(jié)構(gòu)化流程圖等技術(shù)導(dǎo)出了工作計劃與任務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的邏輯業(yè)務(wù)功能,分別是個人工作平臺、工作任務(wù)管理、基礎(chǔ)代碼管理、工作計劃管理、績效考核管理和控制面板管理等六個重要組成部分,接著使用J2EE技術(shù)、B/S體系架構(gòu)、JSP技術(shù)、JavaBean技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)等,開發(fā)和實現(xiàn)了一個完整的管理系統(tǒng),可以大大地提高企業(yè)工作計劃與任務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)。通過分析本文的相關(guān)工作,歸納了本文的創(chuàng)新點主要包括以下兩個部分:一是使用B/S體系架構(gòu)改進(jìn)原系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),可以有效的提高了系統(tǒng)的易擴(kuò)展性,在系統(tǒng)運行和維護(hù)過程中,僅僅需要下載一些插件即可完成系統(tǒng)功能,無需專門安裝客戶端程序,降低了系統(tǒng)升級的復(fù)雜度,提高了可移植性;二是采用UML用例圖、結(jié)構(gòu)化流程圖等技術(shù)導(dǎo)出了企業(yè)日常生產(chǎn)工作和任務(wù)的完成情況,能夠?qū)崟r的監(jiān)控職工的工作進(jìn)度,確保企業(yè)高效率、高質(zhì)量完成工作內(nèi)容,同時引入了績效考核管理模塊,可以量化考核職員的工作成績,徹底改變了傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)的手工統(tǒng)計匯總績效的方法?傊,工作計劃與任務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)一經(jīng)使用,便得到了企業(yè)管理層、人力資源管理部門和職工的歡迎,大大的改變了以往低效率和低質(zhì)量的工作狀態(tài),具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and progress of computer technology, network technology and database technology, they have been widely used in the fields of communication transmission, aerospace science and technology, financial securities and so on, and have achieved good results. Especially in the process of enterprise production, OA system, data acquisition system and other automatic office systems have been developed, which greatly improve the management quality and operational reliability of enterprises, and achieve remarkable results. In order to improve the production quality and efficiency of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the business of daily production and management in detail, and derives the logical business function of the work plan and task management system by using UML use case diagram, structured flow chart, etc. It is an important part of personal work platform, work task management, basic code management, work plan management, performance appraisal management and control panel management. Then, a complete management system is developed and implemented by using J2EE technology, J2EE technology, JavaBean technology and database technology, which can greatly improve the enterprise work plan and task management system. By analyzing the related work of this paper, the innovation of this paper mainly includes the following two parts: first, the use of B / S architecture to improve the original system architecture, can effectively improve the scalability of the system, in the system operation and maintenance process, Only need to download some plug-ins to complete the system functions, do not need to install client programs, reduce the complexity of the system upgrade, improve portability; second, use UML use case diagram, The structured flow chart and other techniques have derived the daily production work and the completion of the task of the enterprise, which can monitor the work progress of the staff and workers in real time, ensure the high efficiency and high quality of the work content of the enterprise, and introduce the performance appraisal management module at the same time. It can quantify the performance of the staff, and completely change the traditional method of manual statistical summary of performance. In a word, once the work plan and task management system is used, it has been welcomed by the management, human resources management department and the staff and workers, which has greatly changed the low efficiency and low quality working state in the past, which has important significance.
