基于手機(jī)傳感器的計(jì)步方法研究與系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著都市生活、工作節(jié)奏的不斷加快以及人們飲食習(xí)慣的改變,都市健康問(wèn)題不斷加劇。實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)步數(shù)可以幫助人們實(shí)時(shí)掌握鍛煉情況,保持適度的日常運(yùn)動(dòng),以增強(qiáng)身體素質(zhì),進(jìn)而達(dá)高免疫力、預(yù)防慢性疾病和職業(yè)病的目的,F(xiàn)有的計(jì)步方法雖然表現(xiàn)出不錯(cuò)的準(zhǔn)確率,但是對(duì)不規(guī)則步伐的識(shí)別度不高,并且抗干擾性也不夠突出,一些非行走動(dòng)作會(huì)對(duì)計(jì)步檢測(cè)結(jié)果造成明顯干擾并造成計(jì)步結(jié)果虛高。本文根據(jù)人們對(duì)日常運(yùn)動(dòng)檢測(cè)和計(jì)步抗干擾的需求,研究并設(shè)計(jì)了一種具有良好抗干擾性的計(jì)步檢測(cè)方法,包括對(duì)行走特征的選取、閾值的確定與判定流程設(shè)計(jì)以及計(jì)步系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。具體的研究工作如下:(1)通過(guò)分析人體行走時(shí)加速度的變化狀況,選取了與行走動(dòng)作最為相關(guān)的三個(gè)特征:幅度特征,以表示運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)的力度變化范圍;角度特征,以反映人體行走運(yùn)動(dòng)式方向的變化情況;距離特征,以表示行走運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)人體的位移變化。進(jìn)一步對(duì)三個(gè)特征,分別設(shè)計(jì)了特征計(jì)算方法。(2)幅度、角度、距離三個(gè)特征的確定對(duì)提高計(jì)步方法的抗干擾性至關(guān)重要。首先對(duì)三個(gè)特征,通過(guò)對(duì)比干擾動(dòng)作與行走動(dòng)作時(shí)域特點(diǎn),建立了初始閾值設(shè)定原理,然后通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)分別確定了三個(gè)特征的初始閾值并設(shè)計(jì)了閾值校正方法。(3)結(jié)合對(duì)干擾動(dòng)作過(guò)濾方法的研究設(shè)計(jì)了一種計(jì)步方法,通過(guò)Android平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了計(jì)步系統(tǒng),并把本計(jì)步器和使用其他計(jì)步方法的計(jì)步產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了對(duì)比測(cè)試。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,本計(jì)步系統(tǒng)在正常行走的情形下具有合格的識(shí)別效率,對(duì)不連續(xù)步伐識(shí)別的準(zhǔn)確率提高了10%-18%,對(duì)原地踏步、晃動(dòng)手機(jī)的非行走行為干擾識(shí)別的誤差率縮小到6%~12%,體現(xiàn)出了良好的抗干擾性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban life, the pace of work and the change of people's eating habits, urban health problems are becoming more and more serious. The real-time detection of steps can help people to grasp the situation of exercise in real time and maintain moderate daily exercise in order to enhance their physical quality and achieve the purpose of high immunity and prevention of chronic and occupational diseases. Although the existing methods show good accuracy, but the recognition of irregular steps is not high, and the anti-jamming is not enough, some non-walking actions will cause obvious interference to the step detection results and result in the false height of the steps. In this paper, according to people's demand for daily motion detection and anti-jamming, a method of step detection with good anti-interference is studied and designed, including the selection of walking features. The determination of threshold and the design of decision flow, and the realization of step-counting system. The specific research work is as follows: (1) by analyzing the change of acceleration in human walking, we select three characteristics that are most relevant to walking motion: amplitude feature to indicate the range of dynamics change while moving, angle characteristic, In order to reflect the movement direction of the human body changes, distance characteristics, to represent the movement of the human body displacement changes. Furthermore, the feature calculation method is designed for the three features. (2) the determination of the amplitude, angle and distance is very important to improve the anti-interference ability of the step calculation method. First of all, the principle of initial threshold setting is established by comparing the time domain characteristics of interference action with that of walking action. Then the initial threshold of the three characteristics is determined by experiments and the threshold correction method is designed. (3) combined with the research of the interference action filtering method, a step counting method is designed, and the step counting system is realized through the Android platform. The pedometer and other step-counting products are compared and tested. The experimental results show that the system has a qualified recognition efficiency under the condition of normal walking, and the accuracy of the recognition of discontinuous steps is improved by 10 to 18, and the standing step is fixed. The error rate of non-walking interference recognition of shaking mobile phone is reduced to 6 / 12, which shows good anti-interference.
