基于Nodejs框架的企業(yè)人事管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Since human development entered the 21 century, both developed and developing countries, as well as enterprises or institutions, have realized that they want to maintain their important position in increasingly competitive markets. Then we must strengthen the introduction of talent, talent is the most important strategic resources. Management talents in today's enterprises have special departments and responsible persons, we call it human resources or personnel management departments, so in the increasingly competitive pressure today, better use of human resources more prominent role. To the current enterprise, personnel is the lifeline of the development of the enterprise, and to attach importance to the personnel management of the enterprise is to attach importance to the development of the enterprise. Under the background of the more obvious trend of economic globalization at present, China has entered the world development list. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, Chinese enterprises, through effective personnel management, reduce costs and reduce the waste of human resources. It is urgent to increase comprehensive competitiveness. As an important branch of MIS, the enterprise personnel management system has developed quite mature and formed a set of standard mode. The application of personnel management system in enterprises has been paid more and more attention by the leaders. In contemporary society, many enterprises will manage human resources through personnel management system. With the wide application of Internet technology in social work life, the full use of computer technology can reduce the cost of enterprise personnel management and improve management efficiency, so the development of information technology, Intelligent enterprise personnel management system is one of the important tasks. In this paper, the key technologies used in the development of enterprise personnel management system (Personel MIS) are deeply understood and studied, and the development language and framework (Node and Vue.js) are introduced briefly. The important role of Nginx service and Websocket in Web development is described in detail, which reduces the difficulty of system maintenance and improves the high concurrency and corresponding performance of enterprise personnel management system. Through the communication with the personnel related staff of the enterprise, the basic needs of the development of this system are determined, and the final realization effect of the personnel system is expounded. The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the structure of the personnel Management system (MIS). The development of this personnel management system mainly uses the current popular agile development ideas, iteration, verification requirements. The development of this personnel management system has also adopted an excellent idea of Internet product research and development, that is, to quickly make product prototype, to find deep users, and to continuously obtain feedback from customers. The iterative product is then continuously updated. This set of enterprise personnel management system (Personel MIS) has been recognized by the users in terms of security and interaction. At the same time, the function of the personnel management system has met the needs of the present enterprise personnel management.
