【摘要】：隨著國家基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的不斷完善,新疆能源項目建設(shè)正式國家能源項目建設(shè)的重要的部署舉措,如何根據(jù)能源企業(yè)能源項目建設(shè)管理的質(zhì)量,完善能源項目管理成為企業(yè)提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營績效的關(guān)鍵。本文就是針對這樣的研究背景,以大唐新疆公司能源建設(shè)項目為具體的研究對象,對能源建設(shè)項目管理系統(tǒng)進行了詳細的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)。在本文的研究過程中,首先對當前大唐新疆公司能源項目管理系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀進行了詳細的調(diào)研,對存在的問題進行了細致的分析,針對目前存在的問題有針對性的提出了對本文所設(shè)計的大唐新疆公司能源項目管理系統(tǒng)進行功能規(guī)劃設(shè)計;與此同時,結(jié)合新疆地區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀提出了大唐新疆公司能源項目管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的思路和具體的方案,并對方案的可行性從多個角度進行了論證,確定了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的可行性之后對系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)和功能模塊進行了規(guī)劃和設(shè)計;完成數(shù)據(jù)庫E-R圖和數(shù)據(jù)字典的設(shè)計,并對系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫表進行規(guī)劃和具體的設(shè)計,最后對系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進行詳細的測試。并對實現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)進行了詳細的測試,對測試過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的不足地方,及時的進行修改。進而完成了對系統(tǒng)的研究工作。該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),切實的提高了大唐新疆公司能源項目建設(shè)管理的效率,縮短了項目申報、審批的時間,提高了項目進度管理的質(zhì)量,進而有效的提高了大唐新疆公司的整體工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the national infrastructure construction, the Xinjiang energy project construction official national energy project construction important deployment measure, how to according to the energy enterprise energy project construction management quality, Improving energy project management is the key to improve business performance. This paper aims at this kind of research background, takes the energy construction project of Datang Xinjiang Company as the concrete research object, has carried on the detailed design and the realization to the energy construction project management system. In the research process of this paper, firstly, the current situation of energy project management system of Datang Xinjiang Company is investigated in detail, and the existing problems are analyzed in detail. Aiming at the existing problems, this paper puts forward the function planning and design of the energy project management system of Datang Xinjiang Company. According to the present situation of Xinjiang, this paper puts forward the design idea and concrete scheme of energy project management system of Datang Xinjiang Company, and proves the feasibility of the scheme from many angles. After determining the feasibility of the system development, the structure and function module of the system are planned and designed, the database E-R diagram and data dictionary are designed, and the database table of the system is planned and designed concretely. Finally, the function module of the system is tested in detail. The system is tested in detail, and the defects found in the testing process are modified in time. Then the research work of the system is completed. The development of this system has effectively improved the efficiency of energy project construction management of Datang Xinjiang Company, shortened the time of project declaration and approval, and improved the quality of project schedule management. And then effectively improve the overall efficiency of the Datang Xinjiang Company.
