【摘要】：伴隨社會(huì)安全信息化的不斷發(fā)展,金盾工程的進(jìn)一步實(shí)施,民警執(zhí)法工作正在逐漸引入與推廣信息化系統(tǒng),其可以提高核查車(chē)輛、打擊犯罪、偵破案件等方面的警務(wù)執(zhí)行能力。移動(dòng)警務(wù)信息管理對(duì)于公安信息化工作更加重要,尤其是在街面與移動(dòng)中使用的這種方式,能有力的幫助公安干警盡快破獲案情,滿(mǎn)足公安工作的需要。基于移動(dòng)終端和移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速執(zhí)法也是實(shí)現(xiàn)警務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)信息共享、增強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)處理效率、提高管理決策能力的重要手段。本文首先分析了公安系統(tǒng)移動(dòng)警務(wù)的需求,介紹了目前移動(dòng)應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)的基本技術(shù)以及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了Hybrid App(混合模式移動(dòng)應(yīng)用)開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)的組成結(jié)構(gòu)和開(kāi)發(fā)流程。在此基礎(chǔ)上給出了一套比較完整的基于移動(dòng)應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)框架的移動(dòng)警務(wù)解決方案,最終詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了某公安局的移動(dòng)警務(wù)通系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)具體實(shí)現(xiàn)了:用戶(hù)登錄;一查清;人員查詢(xún);物品查詢(xún);案件查詢(xún);PGIS應(yīng)用等功能。結(jié)合公安業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)信息,實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)地為移動(dòng)終端用戶(hù)提供在線的警務(wù)平臺(tái)服務(wù)。為提高系統(tǒng)的可移植性、適用性和兼容性,能夠應(yīng)用于不同的操作系統(tǒng)之中。系統(tǒng)以ExMobi架構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ),開(kāi)發(fā)采用了java、Json、HTML5等技術(shù),進(jìn)行移動(dòng)應(yīng)用程序的開(kāi)發(fā),具有良好的跨平臺(tái)性和可移植性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social security information and the further implementation of Golden Shield Project, the law enforcement work of the police is gradually introducing and popularizing the information system, which can improve the police enforcement ability of verifying vehicles, cracking down on crime, detecting cases and so on. Mobile police information management is more important for the information work of public security, especially in the street and mobile use of this way, can help police officers to solve the case as soon as possible to meet the needs of public security work. The rapid law enforcement based on mobile terminal and mobile Internet is also an important means to realize police information sharing, enhance the efficiency of business processing, and improve the ability of management and decision-making. This paper first analyzes the requirements of mobile policing in public security system, introduces the basic technology and development status of mobile application development at present, and analyzes the composition structure and development process of the Hybrid App (hybrid mode mobile application development platform. On this basis, a relatively complete mobile policing solution based on mobile application development framework is presented. Finally, the mobile policing communication system of a public security bureau is designed and implemented in detail. The system has realized the following functions: user login; check out; personnel inquiry; item inquiry; case inquiry and PGIS application. Combined with the data information of the public security service network, the online police platform service is provided to the mobile terminal users in real time and dynamically. In order to improve the portability, applicability and compatibility of the system, it can be applied to different operating systems. Based on ExMobi architecture, the system adopts Java Jsonian HTML5 and other technologies to develop mobile applications. It has good cross-platform and portability.
