基于視頻測量的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)模態(tài)分析
[Abstract]:The video measurement technology records the vibration process of the structure measured by video camera, and uses the image processing method to realize the multi-target tracking of the measuring points on the structure. It has the outstanding advantages of full-field non-contact, simple test process and high measurement precision. Based on the camera imaging model, the three-dimensional directional displacement vibration information of structural measuring points is extracted by beam method adjustment. Each measuring point is equivalent to a three-axis "micro-displacement sensor", and tracking multi-point target can be regarded as multi-channel synchronous data acquisition. The camera imaging system is calibrated, the measuring points are distributed according to the shape characteristics of the structure, the geometric model of the test structure is constructed from the spatial position of each measuring point when the structure is still, and the dynamic response data of each measuring point are obtained by video capture and multi-target tracking. The inherent modal parameters of the tested structure are identified by using the running state modal analysis method. Based on video measurement, geometric modeling and signal acquisition of test structure are realized, and combined with modal analysis software, a complete video acquisition and analysis system is formed, which has a good display ability in spatial domain. It is especially suitable for dynamic testing and analysis of flexible low frequency structures. The effectiveness of the technique and method is verified by the experimental study of light fan blades and some leaf structures.
