【摘要】：人們對大數(shù)據(jù)的認(rèn)識已從"3Vs"(Volume—大容量;Variety—多樣性;Velocity—處理實(shí)時(shí)性)、"4Vs"("3Vs"與Value—價(jià)值)、到現(xiàn)今的"5Vs"("4Vs"與Veracity—真實(shí)性).在此背景下,首先分析過程工業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)的"5Vs"特性;接下來,綜述現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)建模方法,并結(jié)合過程工業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)特有性質(zhì)(包括:多層面不規(guī)則采樣性、多時(shí)空時(shí)間序列性、不真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)混雜性)論述現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)建模方法應(yīng)用于工業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)建模時(shí)的局限;最后,探討過程工業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)建模有待研究的問題,包括:1)多層面不規(guī)則采樣數(shù)據(jù)的潛結(jié)構(gòu)建模;2)用于事件發(fā)現(xiàn)、決策和因果分析的多時(shí)空時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)建模;3)含有不真實(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的魯棒建模;4)支持實(shí)時(shí)建模的大容量數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算架構(gòu)與方法.
[Abstract]:Big data has been recognized from "3Vs" (Volume-large capacity Variety- diversity), "4Vs" ("3Vs" and Value- value) to today's "5Vs" ("4Vs" and Veracity- authenticity). In this context, the "5Vs" characteristics of process industry big data are analyzed first, and then the existing data modeling methods are reviewed, and combined with the unique properties of process industry big data (including multi-level irregular sampling, multi-spatio-temporal time series, etc.) The limitations of existing data modeling methods in industrial big data modeling are discussed. Finally, the problems to be studied in process industry big data modeling are discussed. Including: 1) modeling of subsurface structures of multi-layer irregular sampling data 2) for event detection, Multi-spatio-temporal time series data modeling for decision and causality analysis (3) robust modeling with unreal data 4) large capacity data computing architecture and method supporting real-time modeling.
