RFID技術(shù)在自動分揀集中識別中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:分揀技術(shù)作為物流中的重要的環(huán)節(jié),經(jīng)歷了幾次技術(shù)的更迭,從最初的人工分揀、機械分揀,到現(xiàn)在的自動分揀技術(shù)。自動分揀過程中的信息指令輸入方式是一個影響分揀系統(tǒng)效率的重要因素。目前在物流中心的自動分揀系統(tǒng)中,條碼技術(shù)和RFID技術(shù)是最常見的信息指令輸入技術(shù)。RFID技術(shù)因具有非接觸識別、移動識別、快速讀寫的特點,在自動分揀中應(yīng)用比條碼技術(shù)具有更大的優(yōu)勢。在分揀過程中,分揀主線集中識別比供件臺單一識別需要的閱讀器數(shù)量更少,分揀主線集中識別有利于降低物流成本。通過調(diào)研,在自動分揀集中識別中,由于RFID系統(tǒng)的閱讀區(qū)范圍過大,會出現(xiàn)多個電子標簽同時被讀取,而導致分揀出錯。因此在自動分揀集中識別中,需要保證閱讀器一次只能讀取一個標簽。本文通過研究閱讀器天線的工作原理,分析出影響電子標簽連續(xù)識讀的因素。包括:天線方向、天線類型、閱讀器發(fā)射功率。并搭建RFID的基礎(chǔ)測試實驗環(huán)境,通過測試研究發(fā)現(xiàn)天線閱讀區(qū)邊緣識讀率不穩(wěn)定是影響電子標簽連續(xù)識讀成功率的重要因素。本文通過研究屏蔽原理以及屏蔽材料,提出利用屏蔽箱解決天線閱讀區(qū)邊緣識讀率不穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)象。設(shè)計出了一種簡單的屏蔽箱,并對其效果進行測試。通過調(diào)整閱讀器的發(fā)射功率、標簽間距和標簽的移動速度,找到了在合適的條件下,RFID系統(tǒng)可以達到較高的連續(xù)識讀成功率;赗FID系統(tǒng)在自動分揀系統(tǒng)中的特殊應(yīng)用場景,分析比較了 RFID系統(tǒng)的特點,為RFID在自動分揀系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用提供了參考。并針對RFID系統(tǒng)在不同的分揀機中的應(yīng)用做了簡單的分析。
[Abstract]:As an important link in logistics, sorting technology has undergone several changes of technology, from the initial artificial sorting, mechanical sorting, and automatic sorting technology. The input mode of information instruction in the process of automatic sorting is an important factor affecting the efficiency of the sorting system. Technology and RFID technology are the most common information instruction input technology,.RFID technology has the characteristics of non contact recognition, mobile recognition and fast reading and writing. In automatic sorting, it has a greater advantage than bar code technology. In the sorting process, the sorting line concentrating recognition is less than the number of readers and the sorting line is needed. Centralized recognition is beneficial to reduce logistics cost. Through research, in automatic sorting centralized recognition, because the range of reading area of RFID system is too large, multiple electronic tags can be read at the same time, resulting in sorting error. Therefore, in automatic sorting recognition, it is necessary to ensure that the reader can only read one tag at one time. The working principle of the reader antenna analyses the factors that affect the continuous reading of the electronic tags, including antenna direction, antenna type, and transmitter power. The basic test environment of RFID is built. Through the test, it is found that the instability of the edge reading rate of the antenna reading area is an important factor in the success rate of the continuous reading of the electronic tag. By studying the shielding principle and shielding material, this paper proposes to use the shielding box to solve the instability of the edge reading rate of the antenna reading area. A simple shielding box is designed and its effect is tested. By adjusting the transmitting power of the reader, the spacing of the label and the moving speed of the label, the RFID system is found under the appropriate conditions. Based on the special application scene of the RFID system in the automatic sorting system, the characteristics of the RFID system are analyzed and compared. It provides a reference for the application of RFID in the automatic sorting system, and makes a simple analysis of the application of the RFID system in the different sorting machines.
