【摘要】：本文主要描述基于云平臺的實驗室管理系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)作者所在實驗室的日�？蒲屑皽贤ㄐ枨�,對實驗室日常管理工作內(nèi)容、管理者與使用者的具體需要,提出建立一個統(tǒng)一的平臺,為各種角色的用戶提供一個溝通、交流的方式。系統(tǒng)包括日常匯報、論文、專利和項目等成果記錄的主要功能。與現(xiàn)有的實驗室系統(tǒng)相比,本系統(tǒng)的重點在于研究生專業(yè)實驗室的需求,省去傳統(tǒng)實驗室對于課程安排、設(shè)備管理的需求,提出了研究生實驗室對于日常匯報以及科研成果記錄的需要。實驗室成員也按照需求分為管理員、導(dǎo)師和學(xué)生。根據(jù)用戶角色不同,根據(jù)其在實驗室管理中的需求不同實現(xiàn)了不同的權(quán)限,提高了系統(tǒng)對于不同用戶角色的適用性。對于實驗室的科研和管理提供了一套系統(tǒng)的管理方案,減少了紙質(zhì)化材料的保存風(fēng)險,提高了管理效率。本系統(tǒng)使用的是PHP開發(fā)語言,MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫,采用B/S模式,使用Eclipse開發(fā)工具。根據(jù)不同的使用對象,設(shè)定相應(yīng)的訪問權(quán)限,查詢、修改和刪除數(shù)據(jù)根據(jù)用戶的角色以及是否為用戶的創(chuàng)建者,來決定是否能夠?qū)?shù)據(jù)進行訪問。系統(tǒng)建立在云平臺的基礎(chǔ)上,節(jié)省了系統(tǒng)搭建的硬件成本,省去了前期的購買硬件的成本以及后期的維護成本,同時方便快捷的為不同的實驗室分配賬號。本系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新性有首先,本文將研究視角放在研究生專業(yè)實驗室上,根據(jù)其相互獨立各具特色,同時又在需求上存在一致性的特點,設(shè)計了一套滿足于研究生專業(yè)實驗室的系統(tǒng)。從而加強導(dǎo)師與學(xué)生之間的溝通,加強學(xué)生之間的探討交流,從而提高研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。其次,根據(jù)本系統(tǒng)使用對象是各個研究生實驗室,在管理、運作方面具有共同特點,同時又各具特色。所以本系統(tǒng)順應(yīng)技術(shù)潮流,創(chuàng)新的將其與云計算技術(shù)相結(jié)合,為研究生專業(yè)實驗室管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展做了一次初步的探索。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly describes the laboratory management system based on cloud platform. According to the needs of daily research and communication in the laboratory, the author puts forward the establishment of a unified platform to provide a communication for the users of various roles, for the contents of the daily management of the laboratory and the specific needs of the managers and users. A way of communicating. The system includes the main functions of daily reporting, papers, patents and project records. Compared with the existing laboratory system, the emphasis of this system is on the requirements of the graduate professional laboratory, eliminating the need of the traditional laboratory for curriculum arrangement and equipment management. The need for daily report and record of scientific research results in graduate laboratory is put forward. Lab members are also divided into administrators, tutors and students according to their needs. According to the different roles of users, different permissions are realized according to the requirements of laboratory management, and the applicability of the system to different user roles is improved. It provides a systematic management scheme for the scientific research and management of the laboratory, reduces the risk of the preservation of paper materials, and improves the management efficiency. This system uses PHP development language MySQL database, using B / S mode, using Eclipse development tools. According to different use objects, the corresponding access rights, query, modify and delete the data according to the role of the user and whether the creator of the user to decide whether to access the data. Based on the cloud platform, the system saves the hardware cost of the system, saves the cost of purchasing hardware in the early stage and the maintenance cost in the later period. At the same time, it allocates accounts for different laboratories conveniently and quickly. The innovation of this system is: firstly, this paper puts the research perspective on the graduate professional laboratory, according to its independent characteristics, at the same time, there is consistency in demand. A system which is satisfied with the professional laboratory of graduate students is designed. So as to strengthen the communication between the tutor and the students, strengthen the discussion and exchange between the students, and improve the quality of postgraduate training. Secondly, according to the system, each graduate laboratory has the same characteristics in management and operation. Therefore, this system conforms to the technical trend, innovatively combines it with cloud computing technology, and makes a preliminary exploration for the development of graduate professional laboratory management system.
