【摘要】：本文為了解決某大型國有企業(yè)針對(duì)公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部及員工開展紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察工作,為系統(tǒng)紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察管理人員提供在線錄入原始資料、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析各類違法違紀(jì)行為,與分支機(jī)構(gòu)之間上傳、下載違法違紀(jì)案件資料,并把情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的報(bào)送給調(diào)查組用戶進(jìn)行處理的實(shí)際需求,全面細(xì)致的分析了相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的處理流程,開發(fā)了一套大型國有企業(yè)紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用SSH架構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),基于MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式開發(fā)出一套B/S架構(gòu)的在線文件處理系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)管理模塊、用戶信息管理模塊、系統(tǒng)登錄模塊、原始資料錄入模塊、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模塊、數(shù)據(jù)上傳下載及文件報(bào)送模塊、信息查詢模塊、調(diào)查組進(jìn)度更新模塊等8個(gè)模塊。用戶信息管理維護(hù)模塊為用戶提供了對(duì)個(gè)人、系統(tǒng)信息維護(hù)管理功能;系統(tǒng)登錄模塊為模塊提供了系統(tǒng)用戶登錄系統(tǒng),用戶賬號(hào)密碼、權(quán)限的驗(yàn)證功能;原始資料錄入模塊為普通用戶提供了在線錄入舉報(bào)人、被舉報(bào)人及相關(guān)問題描述功能;統(tǒng)計(jì)分析模塊為用戶提供了對(duì)各類違法違紀(jì)行為進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的功能;在線查詢模塊為用戶提供了查詢違法違紀(jì)行為原始資料及調(diào)查進(jìn)度、調(diào)查結(jié)果功能;調(diào)查組管理模塊為調(diào)查組用戶提供了獲取普通用戶報(bào)送的案件資料,對(duì)某些案件進(jìn)行進(jìn)度更新的功能。通過系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)、開發(fā)、測(cè)試以及試運(yùn)行,已經(jīng)初步確定能夠解決該企業(yè)的紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察工作者在資料錄入、資料查詢、資料獲取、資料報(bào)送等方面的實(shí)際需求。通過安全、便捷、高效、體驗(yàn)良好的技術(shù)服務(wù)支撐,有效的提高了紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察工作處理效率。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that a large state-owned enterprise carries out discipline inspection and supervision for leading cadres and employees of the company, this paper provides online entry of original data for system discipline inspection and supervision personnel, and statistics and analysis of all kinds of illegal and disciplinary violations. Uploading and downloading information from illegal and disciplinary cases between the branch offices, and submitting serious cases to the investigation team users for handling actual needs, comprehensively and meticulously analyzing the processing process of the relevant business. A system of discipline inspection and supervision for large-scale state-owned enterprises has been developed. The system adopts SSH architecture to design, based on MVC design pattern to develop a set of B / S architecture of online file processing system, the system design and implementation of the system management module, user information management module, system login module, raw data input module. Statistical analysis module, data upload and download module and file submission module, information query module, investigation group progress update module, etc. The user information management and maintenance module provides users with the functions of individual and system information maintenance and management, the system login module provides the system user login system, user account password, authority verification function. The original data input module provides online inputting whistleblower, whistleblower and related problem description function for ordinary users, and the statistical analysis module provides users with the function of statistical analysis of all kinds of violations of law and discipline. The online query module provides users with the function of querying the original information of illegal and disciplinary violations and the investigation progress, and the investigation team management module provides the investigation team users with the case information submitted by ordinary users. The function of updating the progress of certain cases. Through the design, realization, development, test and trial operation of the system, it has been preliminarily determined that it can solve the actual needs of the discipline inspection and supervision workers in the aspects of data input, data query, data acquisition, data submission and so on. Through safe, convenient, efficient, experience good technical service support, effectively improve the discipline inspection and supervision work processing efficiency.
