【摘要】：在服裝銷售公司的各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)中,進(jìn)銷存(進(jìn)貨,銷售,存儲(chǔ))管理是服裝銷售公司得以有效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的保障。進(jìn)銷存業(yè)務(wù)涉及到對(duì)于大量底層業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的管理,通過(guò)信息系統(tǒng)能夠提升數(shù)據(jù)的管理水平和業(yè)務(wù)處理效率。以高效率的進(jìn)銷存業(yè)務(wù),為服裝銷售公司各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)的開(kāi)展提供保障。本文選擇以河南省某服裝銷售公司的進(jìn)銷存業(yè)務(wù)為研究對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)符合該公司進(jìn)銷存業(yè)務(wù)處理實(shí)際要求的信息管理系統(tǒng)�；诂F(xiàn)代軟件工程關(guān)于需求分析的相關(guān)理論,開(kāi)展了系統(tǒng)需求調(diào)研與需求分析。研究了進(jìn)銷存業(yè)務(wù)的執(zhí)行過(guò)程,構(gòu)建了業(yè)務(wù)流程分析模型。將進(jìn)銷存系統(tǒng)的使用者劃分為系統(tǒng)管理員、采購(gòu)管理員、庫(kù)存管理員等多種參與者。分析了每一類參與者的功能用例需求,創(chuàng)建了參與者功能用例需求分析模型。歸納軟件系統(tǒng)的功能指標(biāo),劃分軟件系統(tǒng)為若干相對(duì)獨(dú)立的功能模塊結(jié)構(gòu)。分析了系統(tǒng)各功能模塊運(yùn)行過(guò)程中進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)保存的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)模型。數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模型的設(shè)計(jì)滿足3NF約束條件,能夠有效降低系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中的數(shù)據(jù)冗余,并降低數(shù)據(jù)讀寫(xiě)過(guò)程中IO異常的發(fā)生。劃分了軟件功能層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型,確定了不同功能層次的實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo),以及不同層次之間的耦合關(guān)系。按照功能模塊的順序,完成了系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)功能設(shè)計(jì),形成了類圖模型、時(shí)序模型等設(shè)計(jì)方案。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,構(gòu)造了應(yīng)用程序代碼,得到了對(duì)應(yīng)的軟件系統(tǒng)編碼。開(kāi)發(fā)了各項(xiàng)功能對(duì)應(yīng)的用戶界面,提供了系統(tǒng)與使用者之間的數(shù)據(jù)交互通道。本系統(tǒng)部署在服裝銷售公司局域網(wǎng)中,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,提升了服裝銷售企業(yè)的進(jìn)銷存業(yè)務(wù)管理效率。
[Abstract]:In all kinds of business of clothing sales company, the management of purchasing, selling and storing is the guarantee for the clothing sales company to run effectively. The business of purchasing, selling and storing involves the management of a large number of underlying business data. Through information system, the management level of data and the efficiency of business processing can be improved. High-efficiency sales and storage business for clothing sales companies to provide protection for the development of business. This paper chooses a clothing sales company in Henan Province as a research object to design and develop an information management system that meets the actual requirements of the purchase, sale and storage business processing of a clothing sales company in Henan Province. Based on the theory of requirement analysis in modern software engineering, the system requirement investigation and requirement analysis are carried out. In this paper, the execution process of purchasing, selling and inventory business is studied, and the business process analysis model is constructed. The users of the system are divided into system administrators, purchasing administrators, inventory managers and other participants. The functional use case requirements of each class of participants are analyzed and the participant functional use case requirement analysis model is established. The function index of the software system is summarized and the software system is divided into several relatively independent functional modules. The requirement of data saving in the running process of each function module of the system is analyzed, and the database structure model is designed. The design of the database model satisfies the 3NF constraint condition, which can effectively reduce the data redundancy in the running process of the system and the occurrence of IO anomalies in the process of data reading and writing. The software functional hierarchy model is divided, and the realization goal of different functional levels and the coupling relationship between different functional levels are determined. According to the sequence of function modules, the system function design is completed, and the class diagram model, timing model and other design schemes are formed. According to the system design scheme, the application code is constructed and the corresponding software system code is obtained. The user interface corresponding to each function is developed, and the data exchange channel between the system and the user is provided. The system is deployed in the local area network of the clothing sales company. The system runs stably and improves the management efficiency of the purchasing, selling and storing business of the clothing sales company.
