結(jié)構(gòu)裂紋損傷的Lamb波層析成像監(jiān)測與評估研究

【摘要】:結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測研究中,板殼類結(jié)構(gòu)裂紋損傷監(jiān)測一直是研究的熱點(diǎn)。采用基于相關(guān)性分析的概率損傷重構(gòu)算法(Reconstruction algorithm for probabilistic inspection of damage,RAPID),對結(jié)構(gòu)裂紋損傷監(jiān)測進(jìn)行研究。利用RAPID算法中采用信號之間的差異性進(jìn)行損傷識別和重構(gòu),克服了Lamb波復(fù)雜多模傳播特性對信號分析的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出一種改進(jìn)的RAPID算法,根據(jù)裂紋損傷對Lamb波監(jiān)測信號的反射及散射作用,通過校正損傷區(qū)域中裂紋方向上的信號差異系數(shù)值(Signal difference coefficient,SDC),強(qiáng)化裂紋方向上的重構(gòu)圖像信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)對裂紋損傷的圖像重構(gòu),并由接收端SDC分布圖評估出裂紋的長度。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法能較為準(zhǔn)確地實(shí)現(xiàn)對裂紋損傷的直觀圖示,重構(gòu)出的裂紋層析圖像能很好地反映裂紋的信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)方向及長度的評估,可用于對裂紋損傷的定量評估和擴(kuò)展監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:In the study of structural health monitoring, crack damage monitoring of plate and shell structures has been a hot spot. Based on the correlation analysis, the probabilistic damage reconstruction algorithm based on correlation analysis is used to study the structural crack damage monitoring. The difference between signals is used to identify and reconstruct the damage in Rapid algorithm, which overcomes the influence of Lamb wave complex multimode propagation on signal analysis. On this basis, an improved Rapid algorithm is proposed. According to the effect of crack damage on the reflection and scattering of Lamb wave monitoring signal, By correcting the signal difference coefficient (SDC) in the crack direction, the reconstructed image information in the crack direction is strengthened to reconstruct the crack damage image, and the length of the crack is evaluated from the SDC distribution diagram of the receiving end. The experimental results show that this method can accurately realize the intuitive graph of crack damage, and the reconstructed crack tomography image can well reflect the information of the crack and realize the evaluation of the direction and length of the crack. It can be used to quantitatively evaluate and monitor crack damage.
