商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品計價考核系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:市場競爭日漸激烈,某商業(yè)銀行為了滿足相應的發(fā)展要求,調(diào)整自己的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,實行必要的轉(zhuǎn)型,以及保持相對的發(fā)展速度,該商業(yè)銀行研究與設(shè)計了銀行產(chǎn)品計價系統(tǒng),以實現(xiàn)員工計價工資的自動分配和兌現(xiàn),方便對銀行各種業(yè)務產(chǎn)品進行考核評價。該系統(tǒng)是綜合績效管理信息管理系統(tǒng)的重要的組成模塊。本系統(tǒng)核心部分總共是三個部分。第一是基礎(chǔ)信息的配置,核心數(shù)據(jù)包括人員、機構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品和客戶等數(shù)據(jù)信息管理。第二是產(chǎn)品計量的過程首先是采集數(shù)據(jù),財務系統(tǒng)或者是手工錄入數(shù)據(jù)的形式,當收集到數(shù)據(jù)后,則會有相對應的計算加工過程。第三是產(chǎn)品計量是進行產(chǎn)品計價的基礎(chǔ),是在其結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)上在進行相應的數(shù)據(jù)計算加工。本論文首先介紹了產(chǎn)品計價系統(tǒng)的研究背景與意義,參考國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻資料,掌握當前產(chǎn)品計價系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展狀況。對系統(tǒng)進行相應需求分析和總體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計。著重介紹了系統(tǒng)部分模塊的詳細設(shè)計流程,總共是三個模塊,上下之上,依次為環(huán)境的基本配置、產(chǎn)品計量功能和資源計價業(yè)務處理。第五部分則對相應的模塊進行功能測試的編寫,最后提出相應展望與總結(jié)。面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)方法與工程軟件設(shè)計相結(jié)合,產(chǎn)品計價系統(tǒng)為B/S體結(jié)構(gòu),賬務系統(tǒng)是其核心數(shù)據(jù)來源,支持主流數(shù)據(jù)庫如Oracle、Sybase等,并且還兼容相應客戶端Windows,Linux\Unix,Jave與HTML相應語言運用。銀行實行產(chǎn)品計價系統(tǒng)后,加大了內(nèi)部資源的共享,提高了員工工作效率,減少重復工作,讓管理者工作更加科學化。為了適應更好的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品計價系統(tǒng)還在不斷完善中,根據(jù)業(yè)務進行調(diào)整優(yōu)化,使其更好地投入到工作中來。
[Abstract]:The market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to meet the corresponding development requirements, adjust its own management strategy, implement the necessary transformation, and maintain the relative speed of development, the commercial bank has studied and designed a bank product pricing system. In order to realize the automatic distribution and realization of employee-valued wages, it is convenient to assess and evaluate all kinds of bank business products. The system is an important component of the integrated performance management information management system. The core part of the system consists of three parts. The first is the configuration of basic information, the core data including personnel, institutions, products and customer data management. The second is that the process of product measurement is to collect data, financial system or manual data input form, when the data is collected, there will be a corresponding processing process. The third is that product measurement is the basis of product valuation, and the corresponding data calculation and processing on the result data. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of product pricing system, referring to the relevant literature at home and abroad, to grasp the current development of product pricing system. The system needs analysis and overall structure design. This paper mainly introduces the detailed design flow of some modules of the system, which consists of three modules, including the basic configuration of the environment, the function of product measurement and the processing of resource valuation business. In the fifth part, the function test of the corresponding modules is compiled, and the corresponding prospect and summary are put forward. The object-oriented development method is combined with the engineering software design. The product pricing system is a B / S structure, and the accounting system is its core data source. It supports the mainstream database such as Oracle Sybase, and also compatible with the corresponding client, Windows Linux\ UnixNJave and HTML. After the implementation of the product pricing system, the bank increases the sharing of internal resources, improves the efficiency of the staff, reduces the duplication of work, and makes the management work more scientific. In order to adapt to the better development, the product pricing system is still in the process of being perfected, which is adjusted and optimized according to the business, so that it can be better invested in the work.
